The kitchen includes all the modern conveniences, including a microwave, dishwasher, toaster-oven, coffeemaker, and convection oven. The new dining area furniture was selected specifically to enable one to enjoy the wonders of nature while dining, and the large leather recliner is perfect for an afternoon nap. This house provides all that one would need to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life in total comfort.
Although you will feel as if you are miles from civilization, it is in fact less than a mile to the shops and restaurants of downtown Los Gatos, and to highway 17. A pleasant walk into town through the popular Almond Grove neighborhood of Los Gatos will take you to award-winning restaurants, a wide variety of shops and salons, the always-popular Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Co., and the Sunday morning farmer’s market. Or jump in your car and explore the nearby wineries of the Santa Cruz mountains, the Monterey Bay aquarium, the funky aura of Santa Cruz and Capitola, the breathtaking 17-mile drive in Carmel, the quaint delights of Half Moon Bay, or the endless attractions of San Francisco, all within an hour’s drive.
