RELAXING ON A BALCONY WITH AN OCEANFRONT VIEW

This was our 7th year vacationing at Topsail Island. We were happy to find a Condo in the same area we were familiar with. The Condo was very clean and the chairs on the deck were very comfortable and made it easy to view the beach and ocean. Nick and Kim were easy to work with. Having linens, internet, and a 50 in. TV was a plus. The entire week was very relaxing. We enjoyed it so much that I recommended it to a co-worker who ended up staying the 4th of July week. We plan on returning in 2013.

What a wonderful way to spend a week relaxing with an oceanfront view! My husband and I spent the week sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and walking the beach. We loved the furniture on the balcony, enjoyed seeing dolphins and watching the wind surfers. It didn't take long to start releasing the stress of everyday life. The condo was exactly like the pictures, clean and roomy and well-maintained. It is the perfect size for a couple or a family of 4. It had all the amenities of home. It was also the first time we stayed at a condo with our very own parking space! The owners are friendly and easy to work with. Thanks to Nick and Kim for allowing us a week in your home and for your truthful advertising. Seldom do you have the opportunity to rent the room you expect from the advertisement.

We have rented condos on Topsail for about 6 years now. This was the first time I rented through VRBO instead of a realty company. I will NEVER go through a realty company again. The owners of this condo were very easy to work with. We did not have to wait for an hour at the realty office to get our keys and were able to avoid the rush at the local grocery store...a definate plus! The pictures accurately displayed the condo and it was very clean with all the amenities needed. Thanks Nick and Kim for making a wonderful vacation destination even better!
