Our most memorable stay at this cozy with many characters house

As i was browsing through the comments made by previous tenants stayed at this place, i was amazed to read so many positive comments.....then, no hesitation, we made up our mind to rent this house from 23rd Jan 2013 for 12 nights till 4th Feb, 2013.
As we entered the house, all promises delivered and we felt so cozy and welcoming. We have every thing we needed even cooking facilities (even most spices) are all there. In additional, a lovely garden with a lemon and orange tree added more fun to our stay.
Then, we met the owner, who happened to be there for some repair maintainance and he's such an adorable friendly guy. Told him the toaster a bit faulty and he changed a new one within few hours! Next is some minor repairs (Small work) and owner was so apologetic and so generous and compensated us in other ways just to make sure we are not upset.
Location is superb......almost in the central where you almost can get to anywhere in Santa Monica or downtown. We enjoyed the 12 nights stay at this wonderful house and all six of us had not even a single complaint against the owner and really thankful for his generousity.
My husband and i decided if we ever go back to Santa Monica again, we definitely will be staying at this nice home and if anyone ask us, to reccomend this place, our answer absolutely 'YES', and value for money.
Trust us.....NO REGRETS!
