This beautiful new home is located on Omalley Drive in South Lake Tahoe. Its mid-town location is close to a wide range of attractions, including Heavenly Ski Resort, Downtown South Lake Tahoe, casinos, Stateline, Lake Tahoe, beaches, marinas, dining, entertainment and much more! The home sits on a quiet street just a few blocks off Hwy 50. Directly behind the house is a vast meadow with a creek running through it and a view of Heavenly Ski Resort on the other side. This property has all the amenities, including a hot tub, a gazebo that overlooks the meadow, a full-size air hockey table, wireless internet, a wall-mounted 50-inch TV in the living room, bedroom TV’s, state-of-the-art lighting, elegant flooring, oversized bedrooms, and warm, tasteful décor and NEW BEDS IN ALL THE ROOMS.
You will be sold the moment you get your first look at this property. Its natural forest setting is a vacation dream. The property boasts a heated driveway and walkways with built-in snowmelt and drainage systems for worry-free access every time.
This is a three-story home with four oversized bedrooms, a loft, and three full-size bathrooms. The three-car tandem garage allows for plenty of indoor parking and is perfect for trailers. The entranceway has natural slate flooring and lots of room for shoes and snow boots. The large first-floor bedroom provides a feel of privacy for the rest of the house. We have set this room as an additional entertainment area with a couch, TV and Blu Ray player. There is a Brand New Sealy Queen and a Brand New Italian Leather Convertible couch for total comfort. The stairs leading to the second or main level are covered in slate and the main living room has all imported Brazilian cherry flooring. The openness of the main level is ideal for entertaining family and/or friends.
The second level has a large kitchen with all new appliances. There is plenty of counter space for preparing large meals. The kitchen overlooks the living room and provides bar space and seating for all. The living room is spacious and its three sofas allow everyone to enjoy the HD experience. The dining area is also connected to the living room and kitchen in a design which allows for a high level of comfort and communal enjoyment.
Also on the second floor are a large bedroom, a full bathroom and a laundry room. The bedroom also has a New Sealy Cal King Bed, a large closet, a flat screen TV on the wall and lots of floor space. The second-story bathroom is spacious and includes a jetted tub that is perfect after long days of skiing or other outdoor adventures and a duel showerhead system. The laundry room has front-loading machines, a wash sink, counters and ample storage space. There are double glass French doors that lead out to a second-story deck. A gas barbecue allows you to cook on the deck while overlooking a fantastic view of the meadow and the creek below. Off the second-story deck are stairs leading down to the private hot tub and gazebo or up to the third story.
On the third floor there are two large bedrooms, the master bath, a loft area and a third-story deck with a view of extensive foliage. The third-floor landing is an oversized loft space with a nice queen bed and dresser--perfect for the extra guests or the teenagers that want their own area. The master bedroom and master bath are both GRAND in size. The master bedroom has a Brand New Sealy Cal King bed, a second Brand New Sealy Queen Bed, a large closet, lots of storage and floor space, French doors to the third-story deck and direct access to the master bath. This bathroom is so large that it has an echo. The high ceilings and open area are truly luxurious. There are double sinks and the surfaces are finished in Travertine tile. The walk-in shower easily accommodates two and a custom shower system includes duel showerheads and a body spray system with wall-mounted shower heads on all sides.
A second bedroom on the third floor is just as large as the master, with Brand New Cal King Bed, an extra twin-size bed, a TV, a large closet and French doors to the third-story deck. This deck is 30 feet above the forest floor and overlooks the meadow, providing a stunning view any time of year.
This house sleeps twelve. The bed arrangements are as follows: Bedroom #1 downstairs has Queen bed and a Queen size convertible couch, bedroom #2 on the second floor has a Cal King Bed, bedroom #3 on the third floor has a Cal King and a twin bed, bedroom #4, the master, has a Cal king and a queen, and the third story loft has a Queen. The rooms are large enough to accommodate additional inflatable mattresses or sleeping bags and still allow plenty of room to walk around.

Omalley Dr. is a quiet area with mostly permanent residents living on the street. This property is a few minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, Downtown, the Casinos, Stateline, Dining, Entertainment, Shopping and much more. This house features all new Cal King Beds!!
This property is new and built for entertaining. The main floor has room for everyone with a large living area, large dining area, kitchen and French doors leading to the second story deck. The house has a deck on the second and third floor and the open design is great for an afternoon bbq. The back deck stairs lead down to the hot tub and gazebo located in the back yard, overlooking the meadow. The hot tub is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. For making access simple, the driveway out front and the walkway to the gazebo are both equiped with a heat system to melt the heaviest of snow loads. With its location and amenities, this house is set up and ready for you to enjoy!!
What makes this cabin unique
Omalley Dr. runs directly off Hwy 50 in the middle of South Lake Tahoe. The house is about 4 blocks down the street on a quiet stretch of road. This house backs up to a great meadow with a year round creek, Upper Truckee River. We enjoy playing the meadow and exploring behind the house. My youngest makes a small sled hill in the back, which is a perfect size. We enjoy the closeness to all the things that South Lake Tahoe has to offer.
