Welcome to the Lake Tahoe Experience. A perfect getaway for families or groups ready to enjoy easy access to Lake Tahoe and Tahoe City amenities.

With three spacious bedrooms and two full baths, there is plenty of room to accommodate families and groups.

Three spacious bedrooms, two with queen size beds and full closets and one with 2 sets of bunk beds /TV/DVD/VHS/ and own bath gives kids and adults their own space.

Of course there is WiFi.

Enjoy sitting by the gas fireplace and enjoy music and movies in the family room, or step out onto the two large decks and enjoy the clean air and blue skies.

Feel like taking a walk? Hiking and bike trails are nearby. Do you like to ski? Perfect! With Homewood, Squaw valley, and Alpine Meadows all within 7 miles...you are there in no time!

Snow plow service for the driveway is included in the winter.

Enjoy the big kitchen complete with microwave, toaster, blender, dishes and glassware with easy seating for eight (not counting the bar area). The 3 burner gas BBQ on the deck is fueled and ready to go.

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy breakfast at the Firesign Cafe or Tahoe House Bakery, appetizers and drinks on the deck at Sunnyside Resort, and sunset dinners at Jake's on the Lake. All are an easy walk or drive.

Summer activities include rafting down the Truckee River, watching the FANTASTIC 4th of July Fireworks on the lake (yes, you can walk to them) and playing at the lake with the family and friends at Commons Beach. Even North Shore casinos are a short drive away. Whatever it is you enjoy, it's close by!

We love walking or biking to Sunnyside or into Tahoe City, spending a day by the lake or taking a hike to Paige Meadows. Afternoons and evenings find us on the deck, firing up the BBQ and enjoying the peace and quiet.

We had a great stay with friends, the house was cozy and had everything we needed or could think of, and our young kids loved the bunk beds. Nice and close to skiing and Tahoe City, and the owner was very organized and helpful to work with.

What a great property!!

I can't say enough about the property and location. It was perfect as a home base for skiing on the north shore and easy access into Tahoe City for shopping and dining. The decor was very nice, mountain cabin feeling and very cozy during the 4 ft of snowfall in 4 days that we were there.

Everything we needed was there for cooking, entertainment, etc.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will be back!!!

Clean, cozy, awesome Tahoe house!

My family and I (husband and 2 kids, ages 7 and 9) just spent 8 amazing nights at this beautiful home. The location is beyond perfect, a very quick easy drive to Alpine or Squaw to ski and super easy down to Tahoe city. The neighborhood is very sweet, filled with beautiful homes and lots of families. We even walked down to Sunnyside one day. The house has a perfect layout and is very clean and comfy with sweet decorations. Open kitchen and cozy living room with lots of spots to sit on the nice couches. The beds are very comfortable and kids bedroom with 2 bunks, separate t.v. And bathroom is great for kids own space. A very commutable, clean, cozy, perfect location home that we will definitely rent again. The owners are also super nice and very helpful. a great place to stay!

Wonderful Stay at Comfortable Tahoe City House

My husband and I and our two teenagers had a wonderful 5-day stay at this warm, friendly, comfortable and well-equipped home. The house had everything we needed -- comfortable common living spaces, plenty of bedrooms for sleeping (the place would have comfortably housed another family of 4 as long as the kids were willing to share the bunkbed room), a well-equipped kitchen, a nice deck for bbqing, etc. The location was good, close to nice beaches, boat rentals, great restaurants, supermarkets, etc. -- plus a super fun treetop canopy/zip line/ropes course place that was just down the road. The price was reasonable and the owner Peter made the whole process smooth and easy. We'd definitely recommend this rental.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The whole experience was wonderful. Peter was very helpful and kept a great line of communication open. We rented the house for the Presidents' Day weekend. Our goal was to take our three children for their very first trip to the snow. Having a 5 1/2 years old and twin 3 year olds we often worry about their behavior and entertainment. They were so content at this house that it made our trip stress free and wonderful. We also met our good friend and her two children there. The house was incredibly kid friendly and was immaculate. I am a very neat/clean person and am always quite picky when staying at places. This house exceeded my expectations. We had an absolutely relaxing, yet amazing time. The location is ideal as it is right off of a main road and close to many stores and restaurants. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. We feel so fortunate that we were able to stay here and enjoy some much needed rest and relaxation as well sharing these special memories with our children!
