House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft + Den, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Spacious contemporary summer home perched high on a bluff overlooking the famed Fox Islands Thorofare, located one mile from the main road on a private drive.

Great room with granite fireplace, game room with full-sized pool table, designer kitchen, second floor master bedroom/bath suite with private balcony. Attic play space/kids' sleeping loft. Large sunny rooms, and plenty of outdoor decks for entertaining. Large stone barbecue adjacent to waterfront deck. One-half acre fresh water pond on the west side of the house. Deep water dock and float, two power boats available for additional fees. All linens provided.

Adjacent to the A.W. Smith Preserve and Fox Rocks, the highest point of land on Vinalhaven Island. Enjoy beautiful hiking trails and plentiful bird life, including eagles and osprey.
