The owner lives in the Boston area. The family enjoys using the house on weekends, mainly in off-season. The owner is something of a home-improvement hobbyist and takes great pride in making the house as clean and perfect as possible for summer guests, most of whom have been repeat customers for years. The house just gets better and better with each passing summer.

Beautiful, special neighborhood -- quiet, upscale, safe, and close to everything. And of course.... the sea everywhere and all around!

Bedrooms are located in opposite corners of house, affording separation and privacy for guests. Additional driveway in side yard for boats and vehicles. This is a comfortable home offering a practical balance between understated luxury and relaxed utility. Owner-managed. Very clean always. Good value.

Notes SUNDAY-to-SUNDAY reservation cycle during peak summer season. Requests for stays of less than one-week in length can be accommodated during off-season periods (mid-September thru mid-June). Please contact owner to discuss your needs.
RATES: $1,600 per week, minimum 1-week stay. TERMS: One-half of rent payment due at lease signing; remaining balance owed 2-weeks prior to guest arrival. DEPOSIT: Refundable $300 security / cleaning deposit. Maximum occupancy: 6 people.
