This warm, cozy home boasts 3 decks that over look Farm Pond and Nantucket Sound. The front deck is perfect for reading a book and has access to the 2nd bedroom. The side deck has an electric awning that shades the area from the morning sun. The seating area and dining table allows you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and entertaining at night. The master bedroom's deck will delight you with a spectacular view. This is a wonderful setting for sipping a glass of wine and reflecting on the day. With the beach and town just a short walk or bike ride away the home is ideal for families with children and teenagers. The 'great' room (living room, dining room, kitchen combo) is the heart and soul of the house that brings everyone together.

  • The first bedroom has twin beds with the dresser in the closet and a rocker for additional seating. The second bedroom has a daybed with a high riser and can sleep two people comfortably, it also has a sliding glass door which opens to the lower deck. The third bedroom is the master which is on the second floor. It has a queen size bed and it's own full bathroom as well as a lovely deck with a spectacular view of Farm Pond and the Nantucket sound. Sheet and towels are not supplied. If you don't want to bring your own, you can rent them at www.takemmycleaners.com.

Wonderful vacation home!

What a wonderful place to stay! We have rented several homes in the past and this is our favorite. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the sunny, open yard, and of course the beautiful view. The house has great first and second floor decks. It was well organized, had everything we needed, and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We have rented a house each summer for the past five years on The Vineyard. Each year we are trying to find the perfect spot. This year we were lucky enough to rent this house.
The house was in the perfect location walking distance to town. It was also very clean and cozy. The views were amazing.
My children are now teenagers and were able to walk to town and to the beach.
Not only was the house great the owners were very nice, I feel like I know them and we havent even met.
We are hoping to rent this house again next year.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved this place. The morning sunrise on the ocean shining right through the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom was a great way to wake up. This would be followed by a 3 minute stroll to the ocean for some early morning beach combing. Very relaxing.

The place was clean, and the owner contacted us on the day we arrived to make sure things were in order. We found the place to have been accurately described, and it's in a great location.

Our family enjoyed fishing, shopping, the beach, sunrises & sunsets, and exploring the island. This house was the perfect base of operations for us and we look forward to another stay there sometime in the future.

We've rented this house every summer for the past 7 years or so. It's just the right size for us and in a perfect location close to the beach and town. Recent updating has made it more vibrant and comfortable. It truly has become our home away from home!

Relaxing Family Vacation

My 15 year old daughter, her friends and I spent 5 days at this lovely Oak Bluffs home. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. The accessibility to restaurants and the beach was fantastic; we could walk everywhere!
