This spacious, second floor, ocean front condo located, right in the heart of everything!! Perfect place for a wonderful family vacation. Bring the kids and grandparents along to enjoy! This condo offers an oversized living/dining area and master bedroom and very large balcony with incredible ocean views. Spa like bathrooms. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. A full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Flat screen tv’s in the bedrooms and living area, high speed internet connection and a telephone with free unlimited local calls. The building has an elevator, a swimming pool, sufficient parking.

Ocean City offers endless activities. You can walk the boardwalk - shop or enjoy the amusement rides, watch movies or listen to live music on the beach. Dine in a variety of fabulous restraunts , go outlet shopping, visit Assateague Islands state and national parks and see wild horses roam free. Its close to a variety of golf courses, a casino and marinas. Enjoy playing miniature golf, go to water parks . On the bayside you can rent a boat or jet ski go parasailing or just enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Or just sit on the beach and soak up the sun and watch the people go by on the boardwalk from the back deck.

Other Activities: Amusement parks, water parks,bike rentals, scooter rentals, jet ski and boat rentals, watch movies and listen to live music on the beach, watch the lazar show from the balcony of this condo every Sunday night, and live fireworks every Tuesday night. During the off season, ride horses on the beach. This fall you will be able take a horse and buggie ride on the boardwalk.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious. We loved the front balconey most. The beds were quite comfortable and we enjoyed tv's in all rooms. The beach is a short walk to the water. The pool is 1 floor up. (on 3rd) Parking was great. Not ever needing keys was convenient for everyone, there is a lighted digital combo lock that is changed every week. One complaint would be that the second bedroom is a little too cramped, however the large private bathroom made up for that. I plan to stay here again and loved doing business with these prompt and friendly people. Deposit refund was received in 1 week.

It would be impossible not to fall in love with this apartment. The location is perfect, the facility is gorgeous, and Ocean City is the best! Hope to return again and again. It's so convenient to everything on the boardwalk and a great section of the beach. Only wish there were a few more chairs either at the dining room table or a few at the counter as there were 10 of us and only 8 chairs. Other than that, everything was spectacular. And the rental agent was available and responsive and helped us quickly when we needed assistance.. Can't ask for more than that.

I booked Oceans Mist #201 for my family vacation this summer. The condo is very spacious and ideal for a large family. It was great to have enough space, beds and bathrooms so as to not be on top of one another during the vacation. Location is very convenient, right on the boardwalk and close to the attractions. We made good use of the huge balcony which was great for looking at the ocean & for people watching. Full sized washer & dryer, nice kitchen, large dining table & tvs in every room added to the enjoyment of the trip. I would stay here again!

Oceans Mist was Pretty Nice

We recently rented a 3 bed 3 bath condo at oceans mist and had a really good time. Only few problems one was the pool had been drained before we even got there. Would have been nice if it would have been up til at least past sunfest. Then the other problem was there is only one luggage cart and it was broken. Would have been nice to be able to take all luggage at once to room. Overall the condo itself was very nice. Most of the problems were with the actual complex.
