Great Place for your vacation in Kauai...
We had rented this place in Sept 2012 for a week.
Simply great place..all as in the desription and photos..
The proximity to the tunnel beach is fantastic...I loved the days on which I did not use my car and just walked to tunnel beach....
You can reach the nearest beach in 2 to 3 minutes by walk and tunnel beach in less than 10 minutes walk.....
you can walk through the backyard to the nearest beacH and then from the nearest beach you can walk through the shore
or you can walk by the road....again less than 10 minutes....
I have this video showing from where you should take a right turn to get to the best snorkling spot in Kauai at the Tunnel Beach...

or you can drive to Ke'e beach if you have small kids who would like to try and snorkel and are not much of swimmers...
Couple of things the home could have been better is...
1. The house had a couple of shelves with some dead cockroaches and would be great if they could do a little better job at cleaning...no major issues though...
2. Some of the screen doors had some holes in them and so maybe they should either replace the screen doors or repair them...specially keeping in mind how there are many insects in Kauai in general...
Over all...very good house and would recommend it !!
