Beautiful Beachfront condo is your home away from home. These comfortable accommodations offer you an experience of seaside living at its best. The view of our wonderful mountains and ocean can be enjoyed from our covered deck, living room, dining room and master bedroom. Being on the 7th floor the view is breath taking. The beach is almost on your doorstep only a few 100 ft. away.

The “Residences” is located next door to The Beach Club Resort in Parksville. You are within walking distance of everything that downtown Parksville has to offer. If a stroll on one of the most amazing beaches is what you enjoy you can leisurely stroll the beach where tides recede over a kilometer allowing you to explore and play on the soft sand. You can swim, collect shells, and enjoy all the wild life the beach has to offer, such as geese, sea gulls, and eagles.You also can sit and watch the sailboats and kayakers while you take in the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere.
