Aloha & Welcome to our beautiful Maui home. We feel quite lucky to have found this special vacation condo and look forward to sharing it with you. From the beautiful ocean views to just relaxing on the lanai surrounded by lush tropical gardens, we think you'll find your stay in 403 a comfortable Hawaiian 'home away from home' experience. Scroll over the small photos below and watch the large one to get a good feel of this special place.

You won't lack privacy here. The two bedroom suites, each with its own lanai and bath, are at opposite ends of the condo. Unlike many Ekolu units, we now have air conditioning through-out the condo along with ceiling fans. Though it's not often needed, it is available for your comfort.

The kitchen is fully outfitted for 6. Dinnerware & Stemware, Linens & Placemats, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Lanai BBQ & gear, Spices, Microwave, etc. We believe you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The Wailea Golf Club and the Wailea Tennis Club are nearby where you are welcome to visit and receive special discounts while staying in Wailea.

Growing up in Southern California where we'd always been exposed to great weather and beautiful beaches, my husband Jerry & I loved to vacation in new places but were always happy to come home. That was, until our first trip to Hawaii many years ago. We fell head over heels... After visiting all the other islands throughout the years we knew Maui was our favorite island and especially South Maui. From the sunny skies and amazing snorkeling and beaches to the beautiful sunsets and all the amenities one would hope for to make the perfect vacation experience, this was the place for us. We have found just what we'd been looking for in the Ekolu Condominium Complex and now have our 'Home Away From Home'. We would love to share the Maui experience with you and know you'll want to come back to play or just relax with your favorite book on the lanai. We chose 403 because of the expansive ocean views and beautifull maintained grounds. Our ground floor unit has easy access with no stairs to climb.

Both bedrooms feel spacious and have their own bathrooms. The layout of the condo maintains privacy to each. Each bedroom has it's own lanai which is surrounded by lush landscaping. The main lanai off the dining/living room sits in a Hawaiian garden where the only sounds you hear are the local birdlife. We're far away from road and pool noise.

The openess of the kitchen, dining and livingroom areas have a feeling of comfort while cooking & entertaining.

What makes this condo unique

You'll find #403 very comfortable with a feeling of peace and quiet. You can BBQ from your private Lanai while watching whales and viewing sunsets to remember us by. Every once in awhile there is even a fireworks show that happens right out in front of us.

One of Ekolu's tropically landscaped pools are literally steps away but the condo remains quiet and peaceful.

We're close to both five star restaurants and casual dining and are located just above the Shops at Wailea. If you're looking for a place to breathe, this is it..

We have stayed in many Ekolu condos. This is by far the nicest. Great condo, well furnished and a fantastic view from the lanai. And, this has the best air condition system we have seen (which you sometimes need in summer months). I highly recommend this home away from home.

This condo was almost perfect in every way. The decor was mostly Hawaiian tradition, colorful and beautiful, the beds so comfortable we couldn't believe it. The outside patio has the most incedible ocean view. Parking was perfect to allow us ease in entrance to the front door everyday. The location is outstanding. We walked the condo area every morning to find it very peaceful along the walking paths. What amazed us the most was how many neccessary items were available for our use, like a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, even aloe and bandaids. The kitchen was so well stocked with spices, and all equipment needed to prepare meals. Another great surprise was that there was even coffee available for guests. A bottle of wine was left on the counter to greet us. Camille is by far the easiest and most accommodating owner we have ever worked with. I asked her if she had a Scrabble game available, and suddenly, her Hawaiian housekeeper found one and had it there when we arrived. We will certainly let anyone we know who needs a condo in Maui to call Camille. Notice I said "almost" perfect. If you like to sleep in a dark room, there are lovely bamboo curtains in the master bedroom that let light in very early in the morning, so be prepared.

First trip to Maui

This was a great experience, the condo was very clean, had everything we needed and more! Next trip to Maui I will definitely be renting from these guys again. Very close to the beach, shopping, golf, everything we were looking to do. It had such a nice view of the ocean we were able to whale watch from the patio,

Hawaiian Wedding Celebration

I had been meaning to send a note regarding our stay...it was absolutely wonderful! It's always a nice surprise when you arrive at a rental, not knowing what you are in for, and find out it's just what you had hoped for. The condo was so cozy and warm, we felt very much at home; very spacious, lovely view, close to everything, a great stay! Our daughters wedding on the beach (Wailea) was delightful, perfect setting w/the sunset "showing up" much to the photographers delight, reception at the Mala Rest. at the hotel (not sure of spelling)...just elegant! We used the pool above our condo every morning, on the beach during the day, you were right in that the shops in Wailea were plentiful, toured other small "burbs", trips to Kaanapali Beach area, appreciated the nice supply of towels for pool and showers, the "boards", ice chest, umbrella, chairs, etc., did not expect that! We have pictures galore..took advantage of our R&R time! We would recommend your condo should someone ask..just a note; we used the "clam shell" on the eterge' in the dining area for our beach wedding, filled with sand and the little ring bearer held it w/the diamond rings poked in the sand - the officient thought it was a wonderful idea, returned it (clean and shiny) to it's spot on the eterge'! AND by the way, the weather was absolutely at it's best, 85 degree days!! I'm so pleased my daughter found your place on-line.
