3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, two living rooms one with sleeper sofa

Brand new New England Style sleeps 10 : 3 Bedroom; two bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd is a bunkbed room that sleeps 5, 2 full baths, 2 family rooms; one family room has sleeper sofa with private balcony and can be used as 4th bedroom. Home was designed by a well know architect on the Island, home is designed with multi-levels which allows home to be very pleasurable and accommodating for families and guests. Well equipped kitchen, ceiling fans,central air, high speed internet, alarm system, washer and dryer, 3 TVs, DVD, VCR, game system. House is beautifully decorated with furnishings, custom woodwork and moldings. Decks off the bedrooms are great for early morning coffee to a late night cocktail. Fenced in backyard with bayview has firepit, gas grill and lighting. Outside shower, off street and street parking. Walking distance to bay, beach, coffee, deli, restaurants and surf shops.

Front View of House: This new construction single family home is conveniently located near the beach, bay and causeway, for easy access on and off the island.

Just blocks from the beach, our home has three bedrooms that will sleep 10 comfortably. The guestroom has a sleeper sofa. It also has two full baths & outdoor shower.

Location boasts of much free parking, with a two-car driveway and open area across the street.

Bedrooms and ammenities: Bedrooms are equipped with a TV and DVD.

Quilts and pillows are provided for each bed. Sheets and towels are the tenants’ responsibility. Nightly stays, linens and towels are provided.

Laundry area includes a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

We rented this beautiful New England style beach house for a few days for my daughter's wedding at Bonnet Island. I was a litte nervous renting it, because I live in North Carolina and rented it without seeing it in person. I was afraid it was going to be small and crowded for my family. To my surprise, the rooms were very well utilized. There were actually 4 levels and plenty of couches, stools, benches, chairs etc. for all my family members and never seemed crowded! The house was truly amazing and we loved all the "nautical" touches from the kitchen cabinet knobs to the seashell chandelier in the upstairs hall. Things were so busy with the wedding, I wish we had more time to really enjoy it. I would definitley recommend staying at this house. It was very well maintained from the inside of the house as well as the outside. We had the rehearsal dinner at Pinziminio's and it was excellent. They was closed but we had a large party so they opened it up just for us. The food was phenomenal and we highly recommend having dinner there. If you decide on staying in this house I hope you find it amazing as we did!!

Perfect Location...GORGEOUS details

I stayed here with some of my girlfriends for a girls weekend away. After getting the keys we spent the first hour walking around and taking in the charm of the details that this couple spent so much energy on...We were ready to move right in!!! Perfect location where you can walk to restaurants (like Lex Mex), bars (like Joe Pops) and the beach OR bay! Or enjoy an evening outside by the fire, cooking something on the grill. We couldn't have had a nicer stay & are dying to plan another retreat back!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful birthday gift for my mom!!

My family rented this home for one week this past August 2011 as a birthday gift for our mom, also as a special return to LBI, and especially Ship Bottom, after a 23 year absence.
The house was absolutely gorgeous, cozy and provided my family with wonderful memories. The house truly felt like a home with its incredible detail to the magic and beauty of the sea. From the stained glass in the porticos to the tile mosaics on the bathroom floors.
There was a great amount of space for my family members to each feel a sense of privacy but the home was cozy in that you never felt alone and always connected to the rest of the house and people around you. My sister fell in love with the nook in the master bedroom with the portico and often fell aleep reading atop a cloud of pillows in that comfy space. My mom and I sipped coffee on the deck of the master bedroom a few mornings, watching the warm glow of the sunrise. I admittedly fell madly in love with mermaids and seahorses that week.
I thank the owners for sharing such a magical place with us!!
We received great attentive service when we had some minor questions regarding items of the house (outdoor grill, upstairs television, recycling).
My mom had a wonderful birthday and the house had a major role in making it such!

Beautiful house! Wish it were mine...

Exactly as described and even more beautiful than the pictures. We had 10 people with no problems. Enjoyed the firepit in the back yard for s'mores. Fabulous bay view. Quiet neighborhood, yet still close to activities. Very clean and had everything you could want, including full laundry, gas grill, great entertainment system, wifi. We were the first ones in for the season, so outdoor shower wasn't on yet and wifi wasn't set up, but great communication with owner and they were taken care of promptly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Within walking distance to bay beach, ocean, mini golf, restaurants, shops.
