Brand New Beach Block 2 Level Condo

It is with great pride that we are offering our Brand New Beach Block Condo for your family vacationing pleasure, complete with free wireless Internet and digital cable throughout.

The first floor entry leads to a Flex-Room and additional bathroom. The first floor is perfectly laid out for children’s recreation, additional adult entertaining space as well as extra sleeping capacity for two. The second floor provides a fully equipped kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counter tops and large seating capacity for family meals and game time. In addition there is a beautifully decorated living room with a large LCD TV and a fully tiled fireplace, a queen sized sofa bed and a comfortable sitting area. The living room sliding glass doors lead you to a private furnished outdoor deck which offers ocean views and sea breezes. Washer and dryer are available on this floor as well.

The master bedroom is complete with a queen sized bed covered in designer bedding. Within the master bedroom there is a beautifully decorated master bath complete with a refreshing shower. The second bedroom provides bunk beds with a trundle underneath offering sleeping capacity for 3. Last but not least is the third bedroom complete with a comfortable pillow top queen sized bed. It too is nicely decorated.

All bedrooms have LCD TVs' complete with DVD players and brand new mattresses. Our 2nd bedroom offers 1 bunk with a trundle to make sleeping comfortable for 3 and our downstairs Flex-Room has a queen sleeper-sofa which can do double duty as a den or a 4th bedroom. There are lovely sea inspired touches throughout making this truly a beach getaway.

We can now offer a second unit in the same building to accommodate large multi-family joint vacations.
