House, 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 10)

New to the rental market. Beautifully decorated five bedroom, four bath home in desirable Seawatch neighborhood. 3,000+ sq. ft. home features two master suites on the 3rd floor with private baths and private ocean view decks and king beds.

Spacious open living area on second floor with hardwood floors, fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player and plenty of comfortable seating. Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, plenty of cooking utensils and seating for eleven. First floor features second TV room for the kids with Wii game system and DVD player. Ceiling fans in every room, front and rear porches with comfortable seating. Fenced in backyard with private outdoor hot/cold shower.

Only a very short walk to the oceanfront gazebo with bath and shower facilities and private beach access. You also have complimentary access to the neighborhood outdoor pool, tennis court, and a playground for the kids.

Sleeping accommodations include two Kings, three Queens and one Twin. Parking for four cars. No smoking and no pets. Rents from Sunday to Sunday.
