Newly Renovated Kitchen and Baths!!

Mammoth has already received its first snowfall of the 2012-2013 season!!

Opening date set for November 8, 2012

LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION! Our recently upgraded condo looks out on the Canyon Express ski run and chair lift.

Located in the Sierra Megeve Condominium Complex, our condo is located in the building closest to the slopes. All you need to do is grab your skis, cross the street and ski down to Canyon Lodge, Chair 8, the Canyon Express lift, or the ski school meeting spot.

Enjoy views of the mountain from the window seat. In fact, you can watch members of your family coming down the mountain on their way home for lunch!!

Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a double/double bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Our newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms have new cabinets, granite countertops, all new appliances and our dining room table expands to seat 12!!

Additional upgrades that we have recently put in our home include new flooring, new flat screen HDTV's, Blu-ray/DVD players, new bedding, and new decor accents. Enjoy iPod hook ups in each of the rooms, and free internet access. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace while watching your favorite movie on our new TV with upgraded sound system!!

There is also a deck off the living room from which you can watch the village gondola go by. After a full day of skiing, take the village gondola from right outside our door downtown for shopping, dining and other après ski activities.

Our building has underground parking for two vehicles. There is also a pool, outdoor spa, and laundry room.

About The Owner

We purchased this home because we love coming to Mammoth as a family. Our kids love the flexibility of being able to ski home when they want to, and the location makes it easy to ski in, take a short break, and then come back out and join up with the rest of the group. I love being able to ski in early, put up a big pot of soup, and have lunch ready when everybody else comes back. I especially love sitting in the window seat with my hot tea and watching the skiers coming down the mountain.

We purchased this condo because of its unparalleled location. We love the easy access to the mountain and the beautiful views.

What makes this condo unique

After a hard day of skiing, we love being able to spend some quality family time watching a movie on one of the new flat screen TV's. We also enjoy cooking and having friends over for dinner.

Clean and quiet. Our stay at your condo was a big treat for my family. We had a fantastic time and the accommodations were excellent. Truly, a ski in and ski out experience, which is the most misused condo description in Mammoth...not the case here, everything was fabulous.
Highly recommend!

superb location - state of the art conveniences. super clean and comfortable beds - internet services etc. Plenty of pillows and towels make this condo a place to visit often. Well arranged technique for providing the keys and fast responses from the owner. Great views add to the charm of this condo
