Very nice property in a gated community. Very well kept and well maintained with all the things one would want. The townhome had its own pool, but we never had it heated. The water was a little cold. Used the main pool and it was very warm. Only downfall, there was no lounging chair on townhome property and the chairs provided had cushions which were weathered and moldly. The owner was helpful in answering all questions and responded quickly. Very close to Disney and only 20 minutes from Universal and shopping. Had an excellent trip and would stay at the same place again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the input Cathy. We’ve passed your comments on to our management company to replace the cushions. Unfortunately being in a very humid, warm climate, it does not take long for anything left outside to succumb to algae growth. In Orlando, pool heat is typically recommended from November to February/March, but that is a personnel preference and everyone’s definition of warm or cold is different. If the pool is kept covered at night, the heat from the day is retained and can be sufficiently warm for some people. Because our home is so close to the clubhouse, which has heated pools and lots of lounge chairs we leave the decision to heat the pool up to our guests and have forgone the lounge chairs to allow room for kids to play in our home's pool area.
