Maria and Bernardino, our caretakers, will prepare a lovely meal for you for $9.00 per person plus the cost of groceries. Cleanup and shopping are included in that price. Casa Rosa is stocked with coffee and tea, oil & vinegar, spices, sugar, and ice. A very well stocked supermarket is just ten minutes away in nearby Tulum.

The upstairs suite is spacious and sunny and has a private full bathroom, and access to the second floor palapa, as well as fantastic views of the beach and a flat screen with DVD player and satellite cable. This is an ideal family vacation home. We've been coming here for years with children of all ages and have wonderful memories of fun times. Please note, however, the pool is not fenced and is only 10 feet from the living room's sliding glass doors. Please think carefully about renting this villa if your children are not yet swimming!
