About The Owner
I am a life-long Memphian with extensive knowledge of the area and all it has to offer. If desired, I will be happy to share my recommendations and insight into the area. This was my private residence for approximately two years and for the past five years has served as a great get-away for my husband and me from our residence in Germantown, a suburb of Memphis
The Owner purchased this townhome in 2003
Why The Owner chose Memphis
When I purchased this townhome, I was single and drawn to the area because of the myriad of activities within walking distance. Once work was finished for the week, I could park my car for the weekend and walk to any number of entertainment venues and great restaurants. There is always something going on downtown. It is truly a vibrant neighborhood!
What makes this townhome unique
The greatest asset to this property is the easy accessibility to almost anything you may want to do - restaurants, sporting events, night life, art galleries, historic sites and the breath-taking riverfront. If you love good food, live music and theater as much as I do, you will be in heaven. The neighbors are phenomenal!
