The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for a couple of big families. The golf cart is great so you don't have to get in the car every time. Destiny-by-the-Sea is safe and walking across to the beach is no different than coming down an elevator and out a boardwalk in a condo unit. The neighborhood is not congested or busy with traffic. The one drawback we found was no private pool. The community pool was very hot and inconvenient to have to walk to from the beach (but not too bad). With teenagers we found we need a pool onsite. There's plenty of cooking equipment and we cooked alot. The 3rd floor area was great with 2 bedrooms and a den area in between. We put all the teenagers up there and that was perfect! The rent was comparable to most, but with the BP oil spill rates dropped everywhere but we didn't get to take advantage of that because we booked before it happened and had already paid our money. Overall our trip was fun! (Also, staying in Destiny-by-the-Sea is much better than Destiny East which is across 98 from the beach).
