Very private waterfront retreat on the north shore of Lake Travis. Enjoy your own peninsula! The property sits on over 750 feet of shoreline, and is on the main channel of Lake Travis. Yes, we will still have a FLOATING dock as the lake levels drop. With so much shoreline, the dock can be moved out of the cove and along the channel shoreline to give renters continued access to Lake Travis!

Home was remodeled in '07...and boasts big rooms - perfect for entertaining. Tons of detail throughout and stunning views. The Outdoor Pavilion, with over 1000 sq ft, includes a kitchen, fireplace, and bath. Inside media room / bar will provide even more entertainment with a drop-down projection system. Enjoy billiards?? No problem ... another game room features a full-sized pool table!

With so much shoreline, the dock can be moved out of the cove and along the channel shoreline to give renters continued access to Lake Travis!

With normal lake levels a short, easy walk of 20 yards will have you sitting on your the private dock enjoying Lake Travis. Feel the breeze on the main level of the home by opening the tri-fold doors in the great room, or walk out on the wrap-around terrace to enjoy the beautiful views. There is plenty of room for family and friends in this 6000 sqft home. Living areas include a great room, game room, media room, bar/lounge area plus outdoor living spaces - a pavilion, covered porch, patio & terrace.

6% tax and $500 deposit apply to all rentals. Min 2 night stay, and Min 3 nights for holidays.
BEST DEAL: Stay 6 nights or more for REDUCED per night rate of $1000/night. $6000 for the week!

Half of the Total Amount of the Reservation, the 6% tax on rental amount, Plus the Damage Deposit Fee is due when the Reservation is made. Final Amount is due 15 days prior to arrival date.

A $50 cancellation fee will apply if reservation is terminated at least 15 days prior. If the reservation is canceled at 14 days or less notice, then half of your reservation fee will not be refunded. The full amount of your reservation will be charged if cancellation is inside of 7 days. All cancellations must be made by phone. (Voice Mails and Emails will not suffice. A confirmation must be given from our end.) 'No Shows' will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
There is no extra charge for cleaning. The cleaning expense is included in the rental rate.
