OUR UNIT IS NOW DONE WITH CONSTRUCTION REPAIR AND PAINT. THEY HAVE MOVED NORTH TO STACK 15 & 16 ..... WE ARE NOW ALLOWING OUR GUESTS IN OUR UNIT #119.*********

August 28, 2014. The painters are priming and painting our stack 19 and 18. my last update from the Mahana aoao board and the contractors is that the painting will be completed in our stack my Sept 8th...

our lanai is NOT taped off, there is a safety fence surrounding the scaffolding in the day Mon - Fri 8 am - 4 pm no work Weekends...or holidays... THE PAINTERS ARE ON FLOOR 8, WORKING THEIR WAY DOWN. ***

*****August 14, 2014. stacks 19 and 18 are finished the construction work, they are now starting to paint the 2 stacks. It will be a minimum of 19 work days. No work on weekends. lanais closed off during working hours Mon - Fri 8am - 3pm... yard fenced for safety measures where there is scaffolding.

Construction work has now moved to the 16 & 17 stacks. and 15 & 14 stacks.

AUGUST 6, 2014 THE TROPICAL STORM HAS SHUT DOWN THE CONSTRUCTION TILL FURTHER NOTICE****** OUR LANAI #119 STILL HAS A SPALLING REPAIR TO FINISH. WAS NOT COMPLETED ON TUESDAY AUG 5TH...***** MORE DELAYS EXPECTED, NO WORK TILL AFTER THE STORM PASSES THRU.*******

TODAY AUGUST 03, 2014, LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE 2 DAYS LEFT OF SPALLING WORK AND SANDING ON OUR FRONT LANAI ON THE GROUND LEVEL.... THEY HAVE FINISHED THE SPALLING AND ABATEMENT ON THE 19TH AND 18TH STACKS, EXCEPT OUR GROUND FLOOR AREA.. AS OF TUESDAY AUGUST 5TH, STACK 19 WILL BE COMPLETE. SO I HAVE BEEN TOLD....I AM NOT AWARE OF THE DATES THEY WILL PAINT THE BUILDING. I WILL UPDATE MY NOTES ON WEDNSDAY AUG 6, 2014.

****UPDATE JULY 15, 2014. *** STACK 18 & 19 REPAIR IS NOW SCHEDULED TO BE COMPLETED BY JULY 25.. THEY WILL THEN PAINT THE STACKS STARTING AT THE 12FL AND MAKING THE WAY DOWN. WE ARE CLOSE TO FINALLY HAVING OUR CONDO 119 BACK TO NORMAL USE FOR OUR GUESTS.**********

OUR UNIT 119 IS STILL WITH RIGGS IN THE STACK 19... EXTENSIVE COLUMN DAMAGE TO THE EXTERIOR STACKS 19 & 18. THE UNITS NOW HAVE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SHORING IN PLACE AT THE MAIN LANAI DOORS FOR EXTRA SUPPORT WHILE THEY REPAIR THE EXTERIOR DRAIN COLUMN. THIS WILL BE AND EXTRA 15 + WORK DAYS ON THE STACK 19..... NOT EXPECTING CONDO TO BE CONSTRUCTION FREE TILL MID JULY OR LATER.

WELCOME TO OUR REMODELED PREMIER 2 bedroom 2 bath unit at the MAHANA on Kaanapali. Our condo is located on the Ground Floor, South Corner, L building Unit #119. We can only say 'Wow'!!

Our condo unit 119 has been revived, renewed and beautifully remodeled and set up and ready for the best vacation rental in our deluxe corner of Paradise here at the Mahana on north Kaanapali Beach. We have put thought into every detail for our guests. The new photos are now updated, have a peek at the new look!

Once you arrive you will never want to leave! The views never get old, they change daily, you are less than 20 feet away from wiggling your toes in the warm sand, or sitting on the lawn next to the beach, and the very best, is being able to enter into the warm pristine blue Pacific right out front! No need to pack up and go find a beach, it is front and center waiting for your to come out and play, this is real Paradise!! Swimming, snorkeling,or just lounging in the warm sunshine you have it all just steps off your private lanai.

This complex comes fully operational with the large oceanfront swimming pool and jet spa, barbecue areas, tennis courts, shuffle board too! Or just hang out in the oceanfront lounging area and take it all in. There is also a poolside beverage cart where you can purchase your favorite beverage or even your morning cup of java! we ALSO NOW HAVE A SMOKERS AREA SET - UP SEE THE PHOTO.... if you feel the need to smoke.... NO SMOKING LAWS ARE NOW IN EFFECT....

The condo can sleep 6 adults very comfortably, it is very spacious and large in square footage. We have 2 TV's, and a DVD player/ CD stereo in the living room. Also if you need to be connected, we have wireless internet in the condo.

Sit back relax and open your lanai doors and you will enjoy the cool ocean breeze, that is what oceanfront is all about! Dine outside at your tableside or sip a refreshing tropical drink and watch the whales breach out front during whale season! Just like the photo we took out front.

Just in case you want to go and explore other beach areas we supply some beach gear for guest use. This includes beach towels, beach bags, beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach cooler, a beach ball and some kids sand bucket and pail.

Shops, a grocery store, resturants, a outdoor Farmers market, and cafes are only a few blocks away. The new 'Dukes Beachhouse Cafe' is a short 3 minute walk down the beach from the condo.

And if you like to golf, you are only a short drive away from 3 word class courses. Come and relax and enjoy, you will no be disappointed!

OUR UNIT #119 is effected by the exterior work that has started March 25 - April 14, 2014.

Our family had a fantastic week in Bonnie's Condo. It was all we had hoped for and more.
All the extras that were provided just made the vacation that much better. The condo was clean, bright, and the view fantastic. Dukes was just a short walk away and a fun place for our family to gather and enjoy the scenery. Bonnie was the best! We can't wait for the next family trip.

Best Place Ever!

This condo was so great! It was exactly like the listing, clean, spacious, and updated! We had a great time even though the building was having outside painting done during our whole stay, which was very inconvienent. Bonnie was very accomodating in communicating with us and helping us and compensating us. She was great to work with considering the circumstances of the building work. We already told Bonnie we will be back because we loved the location and the beach right out the back door. The sunsets were amazing and the family had a great time!

This condo was amazing, having the ground floor and lanai leading onto the deck was topped by it being a quite corner unit. There was nothing that was not included, it was clean, modern and so comfy. Close to shopping and central for driving to explore, we would return in a heartbeat.
