“This was our third trip back to the Treehouse. The first was when Shawn proposed to me in October 2000. This was a special trip back for us because our 2 year old son Evan is with us and another on the way. He loved the porch swing, throwing rocks in the waterfall, playing with all the leaves, roasting marshmallows, looking for bears in the cabin with the flashlight. We look forward to returning many times. Thanks again for the beautiful place to stay.”

“It’s Friday morning. I’m sitting here on the porch and it’s 15 degrees. That’s hard to believe when you are from Florida. We came here in search of snow and were fortunate enough to have flurries on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We also came in search of family time......time together without the distractions of life. We spent our days in the snow, exploring the pond and waterfall, sliding down the snow banks, and throwing snowballs. We spent our nights playing board games and charades in front of the fire. The cabin was the perfect backdrop for our family adventure.”
