QUALIFIED AND CURATED BY ANDREW HARPER...
“The photos do not do it justice” is what our guests say, as they walk in.
Located in a classic Haussmann-style building, this NON-SMOKING luxury 5-star fully fitted and equipped property comes with a daily housemaid, as well as a Concierge Officer on call 24/7 to secure any reservation and itinerary you wish to make before and during your stay.
Fully renovated in 2010 and decorated with the utmost care, the apartment comes with various Louis XV and XVI original antiques, French Savonnerie carpets, luxury linen and top of the line appliances.
Located on the building’s second floor and serviced by an elevator, the apartment is 4m ceiling height with gold painted moldings throughout, carefully researched and restored to ensure historic accuracy.
The entrance features a Louis XV bench, a grand Italian Venetian 16th century gold leaf console with a black Portoro marble top and an Italian porcelain umbrella stand, along with a welcome flower arrangement.
On the right end side of the entrance, a 45sqm living room features beautifully decorated French designer silk fabrics, antique Louis XV and XVI furniture, crystal chandeliers and a white marble fireplace. One of the centerpieces of this room is an Italian 15th century Venetian console and a coffee table from the 1930’s. Various works of art from European masters are on display here and there. The living room features double glass doors to the balcony that overlook the street.
Adjacent to the living room, the 25sqm master bedroom is located on the street side. The master bedroom doors to a second balcony are made of a reinforced triple glazing double door structure so it isolates the bedroom from the street noise. It also features a Louis XV queen size bed, a large mirror closet, two large Louis XV comfortable chairs, a large Plasma TV with SKY cable, Apple TV, a multi-zone DVD player and an electronic safe.
A Harman Kardon sound-system also services the living room and office room. Night tables are from the Napoleon III period with black marble tops. The carpet is French Savonnerie style. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large Italian shower, a black colored glass sink and a mirror cabinet. It has been fully renovated and dressed up with Spanish ceramic to give a Hermes leather feel. The wall-mounted lamps on each side of the mirror are made of crystal from Baccarat.
On the left end side of the entrance is a 30sqm office and reading room that contains a cozy silk sofa, an antique Louis XV desk (where one can write or study), a marble fireplace and two chairs covered with designer silk fabric. Various works of art from Indian and British artists are on display here and there.
Located at mid level of the corridor is a 20sqm bedroom that contains a Louis XV queen size bed and two night tables made of gold bronze with white marble tops, a closet and a LCD TV with French and English channels. A window opens to the quiet courtyard of the building.
Both bedrooms are completely independent from each other to allow full privacy.
The second bathroom is located at the end of the corridor; it contains a bathtub, a shower and a wall-mounted toilet. In the same fashion than the first bathroom, it features Spanish ceramic with a black colored glass sink, a set of an Italian Swarovski crystal chandelier and two mounted wall lamps.
A second wall-mounted guest toilet decorated with crystal wall mounted lamps from Baccarat with a sink is located at the entrance of the corridor.
Both bathrooms are fitted with beauty supplies, hair dryers and bathrobes.
The end of the corridor opens to the kitchen with a large bistro table for six guests, as well as a dish-washer, washing machine, dryer, La Cornu stove, Delonghi coffee machine, a wall-mounted CD and radio player and all the necessary utensils to cook.
Silverware and flatware are respectively silver and porcelain, while crystal glassware and elegant table linen are also provided.

We rented this property for 6 nights but easy we could stay for one month. The apartment is located in what we call the Golden Triangle. Three minutes walking to reach the Champs Elysees. A lot of restaurants around and for the people that like to cook there is a street Marché on wednesday 10 minutes away from the apartment. Where you can found everything to create wonderfull dishes. Since in the kitchen has a stove that the cooks will love. The apartment is richly decorated, very comfortable, very clean.
After all we strong suggest this property for an unforgettable time is Paris.

I took my fiancee for a 2 weeks trip in Paris. Booking process with Karen was smooth, while Jennifer and Tony are on call 24/7, they made our stay worth every penny. There is no question that this apartment is perfectly located. Many restaurants to choose from. The interior is very luxurious from the artwork to the furniture. I completely agree with the other reviewers: the service is amazing and the housemaid provides impeccable cleaning service. We contracted their driver for all our visits and diner needs. Their VIP airport fast track service upon arrival and departure is simply amazing: pick-up at the exit door of the plane, no queue at immigration and customs, etc. All in all, excellent stay with wonderful memories of a private tasting at Taittinger Estates, dinners at Le Taillevent, Alain Ducasse, La Societe, Hotel Costes, etc. We will definitely come back.
My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Paris and stayed in this very classy apartment.
The location is prime: 2 blocks from Champs-Elysees and one block from avenue George V. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The apartment is in the same neighborhood as the George V Four Seasons and The Plaza Athene hotels. Here you can really enjoy all of the amazing amenities that this beautiful neighborhood has to offer, in the comfort and privacy of your own luxurious apartment. Avenue Montaigne, one of the most high end shopping streets in the world, is two blocks down.
The apartment has a very private feel and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Interiors are gorgeous: high ceiling and parquet floor, genuine antiques and paintings from the 17th century onwards, high quality bed linen and a true bistro kitchen with a LaCornue stove! We had some Parisian friends who came for a drink and they were truly impressed with the place.
We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this time, we did not have a single complaint. The maid does a fantastic job and the property managers are hands-on for any reservation that we had to make prior to our arrival and they customize a program with a driver that was amazing (trip to Champagne Taittinger Estates with private tasting, Saint-Chapelle concert, delightful cuisine at Taillevent, Jules Verne, etc.). We use their fast track and transfer system at the airport on arrival and departure, and it was truly amazing: they picked us up at the door of the plane and we did not have to wait in line at customs and security, nor did we carry our suitcases. All in all, top service all the way. Not always easy to find in Paris. Worth every penny. To be renewed.
What can I say except we were so happy to have had this place for our Paris excursion. It was our first trip to Paris with another couple. The Apartment is just luxurious parisian, we thoroughly enjoyed all the rooms. Their concierge service is better than first class. I highly recommend using their VIP fast track service, simply amazing how quickly you will get through the airport as a result. We used the same service for our trip to Champagne which was unforgettable. We tried several of the restaurants recommended by the owner and they were marvelous from the food itself to the atmosphere (one of them, Caius, is right up the street and a beautiful walk). If we come back to Paris, we'll definitely be staying here again!
My friend (who had never been to Paris) and I stayed in the beautiful apartment for a week in April. She saw the pictures and nicknamed it "the palace". During our stay, we were certainly treated like royalty.
The owner met us at the apartment upon our arrival, and was so lovely and gracious. She pointed out nearby restaurants, the grocery store, and (more importantly) the closest wine shop. She had also taken the time and trouble to shop for a few things to welcome us to Paris - croissants, pain au chocolate, cheese, and her favorite wine.
I had arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport - thank goodness! Our bags did not arrive when we did - so Michael took us to the appropriate counter, helped us through the process, and actually returned for our luggage and brought it to us later that evening. We would have certainly had a more difficult time without him. I HIGHLY recommend using this wonderful service they offer.
I had also arranged for a driver to take us out to Versailles one day, and Giverny another day. Tony was fabulous! When we exited out from Versailles after touring everything (the palace, the grand trianon, the petit trianon & Marie Antoinette's hamlet), we were so tired I don't think we could have walked all the way back to the entrance. He graciously listened as I tried to figure out where exactly we had exited and came to pick us up - a full 5k from the entrance! He also showed us his favorite gelato shop (too bad I was dieting - I am definitely going to go back there some day soon), his favorite pastry shop (had to indulge) and favorite restaurants.
The apartment is gorgeous, and just as beautiful as it appears in pictures. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The bathrooms are equally wonderful - I was very much in love with a heated towel rack by the time I left. My friend fell in love with the claw foot tub. And the kitchen is so Parisian - my friend also fell in love with the fabulous La Cornue stove.
It's a very safe neighborhood - we walked everywhere and never felt unsafe, whether we left very early in the morning, or came in late in the evening. It is close to everything! An easy walk to the river, or the Eiffel Tower, or the Louvre, or great shopping!!
I highly recommend the property, and the company. They were a joy to work with - from beginning to end. I look forward to renting from them again in the near future.
My wife and I decided to rent again this beautifully appointed apartment for three weeks in June this time with our two daughters.
The apartment is quiet, luxurious and cozy at the same time.
The bathrooms are top of the line while the kitchen gives you the feel of an elegant French bistro. The photos are what you get. It is absolutely beautiful.
It really takes your breath away as you walk in.
Daily maid service is a treat, the apartment is always impeccable.
Free calls to the US is a plus.
The apartment is centrally located in the Golden Triangle, just a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysees. We took wonderful walks in the gardens of the Tuileries, the Louvre Museum, the Grand Palace and to the Eiffel Tower.
Dining out and shopping is easy as there are so many restaurants and boutiques to choose from.
Every step of the rental was handled with utmost professionalism.
We are very lucky to have found this very special place and we will definitely rent it again next year.
I recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to experience the exquisite Parisian life while indulging oneself in a very elegant place.
The apartment is located in the Golden Triangle of Paris, the most exclusive area of Paris. Five minutes walk to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph, Champs Elysees, avenue Montaigne, Grand Palais. Easy access to all metro, train and taxi stations.
Other Activities: restaurants, galleries, night-clubs, fashion designers' boutiques and museums.
