Granted by the local Department of Homeland Security, our Airport Fast Track service at CDG is one of a kind: we will pick you up at the exit of the plane and ensure a smooth arrival and departure to avoid waiting in line at immigration and security checkpoints, and you will not carry your luggage from the moment you land until you arrive at the apartment or when you leave the same upon departure.
Fully renovated in 2010 and decorated with the utmost care, the apartment comes with various Louis XV and XVI original antiques, French Savonnerie carpets, luxury linen and top of the line appliances.
Located on the building’s second floor and serviced by an elevator, the apartment is 4m ceiling height with gold painted moldings throughout, carefully researched to ensure historic accuracy.
The entrance features a Louis XV bench, a grand Italian Venetian 16th century gold leaf console with a black Portoro marble top and an Italian porcelain umbrella stand, along with a welcome flower arrangement.
A corridor overlooks a small decorative garden.
On the right end side of the entrance, a 45sqm living room features beautifully decorated French designer silk fabrics, antique Louis XV and XVI furniture, crystal chandeliers and a white marble fireplace. One of the centerpieces of this room is an Italian 15th century Venetian console and a coffee table from the 1930’s. Various works of art from European masters are on display here and there. The living room features double glass windows that overlook the street.
Adjacent to the living room, the 25sqm master bedroom is located on the street side. The master bedroom window is made of a reinforced triple glazing double door structure so it isolates the bedroom from the street noise. It also features a Louis XV queen size bed, a large mirror closet, two large Louis XV comfortable chairs, a large Plasma TV with SKY cable, Apple TV, a multi-zone DVD player and an electronic safe. A Harman Kardon sound-system also services the living room and office room. Night tables are from the Napoleon III period with black marble tops. The carpet is French Savonnerie style. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large Italian shower, a black colored glass sink and a mirror cabinet. It has been fully renovated and dressed up with Spanish ceramic to give a Hermes leather feel. The wall-mounted lamps on each side of the mirror are made of crystal from Baccarat.
On the left end side of the entrance is a 30sqm office and reading room that contains a cozy silk sofa, an antique Louis XV desk (where one can write or study), a marble fireplace and two chairs covered with designer silk fabric. Various works of art from Indian and British artists are on display here and there.
Located at mid level of the corridor is a 20sqm bedroom that contains a Louis XV queen size bed and two night tables made of gold bronze with white marble tops, a closet and a LCD TV with French and English channels. A window opens to the quiet courtyard of the building.
Both bedrooms are completely independent from each other to allow full privacy.
The second bathroom is located at the end of the corridor; it contains a bathtub, a shower and a wall-mounted toilet. In the same fashion than the first bathroom, it features Spanish ceramic with a black colored glass sink, a crystal chandelier and two mounted wall lamps from Italy.
A second wall-mounted guest toilet decorated with crystal wall mounted lamps from Baccarat with a sink is located at the entrance of the corridor.
Both bathrooms are fitted with beauty supplies, hair dryers, bathrobes and sleepers.
The end of the corridor opens to the kitchen with a large bistro table for six guests, as well as a dish-washer, washing machine, dryer, La Cornu stove, Delonghi coffee machine, a wall-mounted CD and radio player and all the necessary utensils to cook.
Silverware and flatware are respectively silver and porcelain, while crystal glassware and elegant table linen are also provided.
