Upscale, luxurious and comfortable, this 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, single level ground floor condo features breathtaking views from all sides. A generous 19ft covered deck with pub tables and padded chairs allows you to see seven ridges (across to Tennessee) with the tranquil, quiet peacefulness you deserve when sitting on top of a mountain. Inside you’ll find it beautifully decorated with granite, leather, artwork, natural stone, and cherry – you’ll be very comfortable. The four-poster mahogany bed, the entrance way seating/storage, the sunburst in the dining room – all hand made by friends and family. WiFi/Internet access, four cable TVs, CD/DVD/VCR/radio players, Tivo, Game Cube, pool/air hockey table, games, puzzles, movies, books, even a guitar - all provided. There’s even a supply of Starbucks & Caribou coffee for your stay. And, did I mention the VIEWS! Guests have access to all Echota/Echota on the Ridge resort amenities - See the Location description for full details.

Suggested Activities: : There's so much to do in the high-country. If you have a particular desire, please contact me and I can provide you with an agenda and route that only local knowledge can offer. There's also a ton of local maps in the cubby by the door. For instance: - 1/2 day/full day scenic drive with the best place to stop for lunch - hikes to little known waterfalls, or views - hikes with kids / hikes with strollers - parks for kids - mountain biking, and I mean great single track - one trail is called 21 Jumps - great, secluded trout streams - picnic spots - best/cheapest place to ride horses - free sledding spots - back road routes / scenic drives - lunch to go (other than fast food) - where to go tubing in the summer (or snow tubing in the winter) - canoe/john boat rental (less than 15 min away) - watch rock climbing from above or below (less than 10 min away); or if you have you own gear... - Par3 golf course (less than 10 min away)

Places to Eat: : Again, there's something to be said for local knowledge. We're more than happy to help with recommendations. upscale, casual, kid-friendly, seat with view -- whatever you're after, we can help you find it.

And of course, plenty of paper products. The master bath has a separate spa-like room separate from the double vanity and walk-in closet. The large, tumbled tile floor and artwork compliment the garden tub and a large tiled shower, perfect for rejuvenating after a day of hiking.

Adjoining the 2nd bedroom is a large private bath with separated toilet area. 3rd bedroom has a twin and trundle and is setup as a game room with TV, Game Cube, and a pool table/air hockey table. Notes: The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances. There's lots of spices and a selection of Caribou and Starbucks coffee (check in the freezer where it stays freshest). Help yourselves to anything you might find in the cupboards or fridge. We treat it like home and you should too. Brought your laptop? Need to print something? No worries, there's a USB printer ready for you. Feel like sitting on the deck and playing guitar while the sun sets? Yep, there's a guitar too (look under the bed for the case). Linens and paper products provided, even extra toothbrush/toothpaste just in case you forget yours.

Beautiful Views, Great Amenities

The views from this condo were outstanding! The bedrooms were great and well-appointed as was the kitchen. We enjoyed the evenings relaxing by the fireplace and our children liked the abundance of toys and movies. We spent some time in the indoor pool/hot tub as well. The amenities were great! It was really close to Hawk's Nest Tubing, which was the reason for our visit. I definitely recommend this condo for a great time in the NC mountains!

We spent a week there this summer. The condo was VERY nice. The views from the deck are stunning. I woke up very on vacation to enjoy them. The owner provides all sorts of excellent information. Don't pass it up.

We had a great stay - the condo was beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and the view was amazing!
The owner was very helpful with suggestions and the wine and coffee were nice touches. The location was great and we did 4 different hikes within a short drive. We will definitely stay here again when we
are in the area.

Cool Summer Great Views

This was our second stay at this mountain condo. It couldn't be better. We love the views. This has been great for our family. Plenty of room, great kitchen - all the luxuries of home. We enjoy the outdoor pool, fishing in the local pond, the parks in Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock, Grand Father Mountain, and all of the great restaurants. We look forward to another return visit soon.

Seven Ridges is our new Home away from Home in the mountains. Close to Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Boone, it is convenient to all of the local amenities - ski resorts, hiking, fishing, crafts, grandfather mountain, linville falls, blue ridge parkway to name a few of our favorites. The 3 bedroom condo is spacious with unbelievable views ! ! The owners have decorated it with attention to detail and with the highest quality furnishings. The complimentary bottle of wine is a nice welcoming touch to invite you to enjoy the peace and quite of this serene setting and million dollar view. You will be comfortable the moment you step through the door. I would recommend this wonderfully appointed condo to anyone considering a stay at Echota on the Ridge - this is THE condo to pamper your needs during your mountain getaway !
