The house is available for rent all year, short or long term rentals. Rates are lower in months other than July and August. Contact Rental Manager for information. Pets are allowed with increased security deposit.
Tenants pay 50% down upon signing lease and 50% before tenancy begins, together with a security deposit. (refundable)
