Large patios offer the perfect opportunity to take advantage of the fabulous desert weather and spectacular views of the fairways and Santa Rosa Mountains. With 2 master bedrooms, and 2 additional bedrooms, this home is a great option for a larger family or 2+ couples traveling together. Additionally, each bedroom has a private bathroom, 1 of which features a large soaking tub. The large living space also features a dine-in kitchen, formal dining room with a wet bar, guest half-bath and a fireplace. This home was recently decorated and furnished by a professional designer and is absolutely stunning. The courtyard features a private pool and spa. Each bedroom plus the great room features new flat screen HDTVs.

We had a fabulous visit to this lovely home in the PGA West section of La Quinta..
The home was comfortable, spacious, very well maintained and very clean and well furnished and had lots of great extras! There were comfy beds in each bedroom plus on suite bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the quiet location.
The sunny days outside and the nice large windows allowed us to see the golf course views. This great location is close to restaurants and shops and the La Quinta resort for a spa day...

Dave,
As a PGA Tour player we have stayed in houses all around the country and your house and location at PGA West is awesome. Tracy, Victorya and myself had a great week in the desert while we were there playing in the Bob Hope Classic. The house is everything you said it was and more. After a great day of golf there is nothing better then to have a margarita by the pool and spa. This was our second time at the house and we will definitely be staying again when we get back to the desert. Thanks again for everything.

Outstanding property

Recently rented this outstanding property and found not only the location excellent but all amenities as well.
Everything was clean, well maintained and there is loads of room for everyone.

Would highly recommend it. Our only disappointment was that the wireless internet signal was too low to be able to do any real work while we were there however the Owner has assured me he will look into it.

HIghly recommend it and will be renting here again!
Owner's Response: Time Warner cable was out on January 18th and replaced the wireless modem. The internet service and wireless range is significantly better & faster now.

This property is amazing, the home has everything you need. Our whole group had an amazing time at the house. And dave is a great guy to deal with. We are coming back there soon. We love this place it's super plush!
