Royal Pines Condominiums are in a Spanish style, and are on East Bay drive close to East Bay Golf Course. Guest and covered car port parking included. East Bay Drive is the direct route to Clearwater Beach, a short drive away, and directly on the main bus route to the beach. The condo is directly next to a Clearwater city park with brand new jungle gym, shady BBQ areas, basketball court, ball hockey court and fenced in dog run park. The condo area is spacious includes a full pool, and shuffleboard. The central Clearwater location is close to good restaurants and shopping and AMC theatre.
