Numerous restaurants and specialty shops available by walking or minutes in trolley to quaint Captiva town. Spectacular Gulf of Mexico views from each of the 9 hole golf course.

About The Owner

Owner is a retired PricewaterhouseCoopers partner and entrepreneur, currently on adjunct faculty at University of Virginia's Darden graduate business school. He is also director of several other businesses. He has been coming to South Seas Resort for over 20 years with his family and is now a permanent resident.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1991

We have owned this property since built. Loved Captiva and resort so much that our retirement home is located elsewhere in the Resort

This location is awesome with bayou view of wild life and very short walk with infants and adults to beach, swimming pool, tennis..., even golf. We liked it so much we bought our own unit for the long term.

Our group of 6 adults had a reunion with fabulous beach time, swimming, golf, tennis and very good restuarants in the town of Captiva. Weather was spectacular in high 70s. Most resort amenities are quite good but they need more restaurants on campus vs the short trolley ride to town. Plan to do your grocery shopping for the townhouse enroute to Captiva to save money.

Unbelieveably beautiful 2 mile beach. Our group of adults and children found the amenities available and close by. We are coming back to the same unit next year.
