Relax on your private patio or around the pool in a tree shaded garden, tranquil, quite, and completely walled with an electrically operated entry gate and shaded off street secure parking. Each unit has a large great room with a completely equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a Queen Size bed, large dressing area and bathroom. short walk to the beach or to the center of town. Wonderful surfing nearby!

The property is a perfect spot for those looking to enjoy tranquil time in Todos Santos. Located 10 min walk to the beach and 20 min to town, it makes a car unnecessary. The unit is simple but impeccable and well designed. Reading and relaxing along the small lap pool surrounded by a beautiful garden was just what we needed to forget the stress of the city! Thank you Sylvia! We'll be back!

Clean and Serene

The pictures above do not do this property justice. The design of all the spaces, including the lovely pool and landscape, are clean and uncluttered.
We only stayed a week, but a month would have been heaven. It was very comfortable and very quiet.
Very close to town and many markets nearby. Great walks in the surrounding countryside.
The on site owner was very gracious.

Relaxing in Baja

Great townhouse. Loved the contemporary bathroom. The kitchen is small but comes with everything included. It was wonderful to have a cup of coffe on the porch in the morning then taking a dip in the pool and finally decide what to do for the day. There is plenty to do. Going surfing and swimming, wondering through town, biking or take a trip to the "tourist areas". We rented both townhouses and enjoyed our friends' company. There is lots of room on the property. Lime and mint grow right outside your front door. What more do you need ... I highly recommend the townhouses - they are a steel if you want to dive into the Baja life style without the tourists and enjoy the beautiful beaches. We are going back....

Sylvia's property and garden/pool are absolutely perfect for a getaway in Todos Santos, Baja--clean, convenient, and completely safe. Sylvia is an awesome host, she has great details about the area and is just a lovely person. You'll love it there.

This gem is a compact, well kept, one bedroom apartment within a walled complex. The owner lives on site and there is a second rental unit. Each unit has a small patio, and there is a shared pool area. The pool is pleasant, small and not heated, but a great place to sit and read and contemplate. A short walk to the beach (great sunsets and whale watching in January), and to a market and good coffee shop (la esquina!, don't miss it! Wed farmers market and Sat live music and dancing). Safe and secure, it is a wonderful jumping off point for exploring the Todos Santos area. Wonderful value for the price. For an excellent meal in town (pricey!) try the Santa Fe.
