This studio is ideal for a writer or a couple looking for an affordable getaway within the heart of Provincetown. The covered porch with it's two rocking chairs shaded by birch trees makes for a relaxing retreat from Spring till late Fall.

The location could not be more convenient! Within minutes you'll be in the heart of the action. If you prefer a casual getaway or would like to catch up on your reading, relax on your private & spacious covered porch. You're minutes from Commercial Street & all of Provincetown's major restaurants and attractions.You'll find Mussel Beach Gym or Provincetown Gym, Ptown Bikes, Spiritus Pizza, The Porchbar, Brass Key's new Shipwreck Lounge and Stop & Shop Grocery within minutes from this location. While the space is within a short walk from the hot spots, it's situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. The house is owner occupied.Weekly rentals June through September only, Saturday-Saturday. Shorter stay may be considered.

We had an excellent stay. We were here for over a week. This is a charming house with beatiful gardens. Perfect location for us. Close to everything, yet quiet at night. The room was cozy and all the space we required. The queen bed was super comfy with soft sheets. Lots of good slumber. There is a fridge and microwave to keep a few snacks...and plenty of great restaurants a block away. (Enzo's, Cafe Heaven, etc.) Also a few blocks from a bike rental (P-town Bikes) and a gym (Muscle Beach). The beach is an easy walk, too. The best part is the porch; It is perfect for reading, relaxing, and watching the world go by. We will stay here again. The description is accurate and the owner was very responsive. He had everything ready for us and was a gracious host. It was a great experience.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
