My Husband, myself and 3 boys moved to Vancouver 5 years ago from the UK. We have settled really well here and have two lovely dogs, one is an Olde English Sheepdog called Lizzie and the other is a Chocolate Lab called Polly (they are well behaved and kept out of the way). We found it very difficult to find a furnished rental when we arrived and nobody would let us rent for the short term. So we thought that when we were on our feet we would offer our space to others either in the same situation as we were or for visitors from out of town.
