We are LIGHT GREEN at this property: solar hot water, solar electric, recycling available, composting available, solar clothes drying available. Here is your chance to try this out!

Newly decorated one bedroom unit with ocean view from the deck area. Large covered deck has table and chairs for you to enjoy your coffee. Garden and mountain views all around. Peek of the ocean.

Cozy one bedroom has queen bed, living room with sofa, dish TV, full bath with tub/shower, full kitchen and eating area.

Ceiling fans cool the space. NO AC

Laundry available for personal laundry. One load per adult per week, you do not need to do household laundry, sheets, towels as this is included in your cleaning fee. Plenty of towels for your use in bath cupboard.

Outdoor shower for after the beach, which is just 3-4 blocks away. Also 3-4 blocks to restaurants, shopping and the small boat harbor for scuba trips. Kam III and Keawekapu Beaches and Wailea and south Maui beaches are all close by. Centrally located. Car recommended for freedom of movement. Ask us about discounted car rental websites.

Freshly painted, new carpet in living room, new counters, tub surround and stove.

No AC in this unit. There are ceiling fans in livingroom, kitchen, bedroom plus table top fan. All windows have screens and good airflow, covered lanai shades unit, and trade winds blow in the afternoon.

Excellent place to stay for the perfect getaway!

What a treat to find this little condo in a great area of Maui! It's away from all the hustle and bustle but still close enough to grocery stores, shops & lots of other fun beach activities. The owner is so incredibly nice & easy to work with & she is willing to give you tips on all your other vacation plans! I'll be staying here again on my next Maui trip!!!
