Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

If you are looking for a meticulously maintained condo with spectacular sunrises, this is it! Enjoy the lovely view of dolphins dancing in the waves from our 18th floor balcony.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a queen bed in the Master and 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. There is a queen pull out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a TV and the den has a large flat panel Sony HDTV with a DVD player. We have a selection of DVDs for you to enjoy. Free Wi-Fi is included.

Our goal is to provide a great vacation experience and we felt that one of the most important aspects was a super clean unit. We hired the best cleaning team on the beach to ensure that is the case 100% of the time. Linens and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. We have added extra cooking equipment if you enjoy dining in while enjoying the ocean view.

Paradise Resort is a fabulous resort with a covered lazy river, hot tub and indoor/outdoor swimming as well as lots of chairs for you to relax on the large sundeck. The wide beach is steps away and in the summer months, there are lifeguards and beach chairs to rent on the beach. There is also a restaurant on site at the resort.

This is a fabulous location on the southern side of Myrtle Beach. Very close to all the traditional Myrtle Beach entertainment such as Broadway at the Beach and the new Market Commons. Close to Murrells Inlet and all the wonderful seafood restaurants. Take a short ride to Pawleys Island. Also convenient to the airport.

You will enjoy staying at 'Paradise'!

This is a non smoking condo and no pets allowed per covenants for the building.

Renters must be 25 years or older.

Rates do not include 13% tax or the $90 cleaning fee.

Only weekly rentals from Mid-May to Labor Day. 3 night minimum any other time.

Monthly rentals available.

We purchased this condo when the building was brand new. We love the location and proximity to the wonderful restaurants and shopping in the newest area called Market Commons. It is also very close to the Myrtle Beach State Park and exploring the area south of Myrtle Beach such as Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island and Brookgreen Gardens.
