Fantastic Location and Owners

We rented this home during the Summer of 2011 for a family vacation and had a wonderful time! The amenities are endless and the owner is SO accommodating! While renting, there was a very bad storm with damages in the area. The power was off for a few days. The owners were very on top of keeping in touch with us and contacting the required utility companies to ensure our vacation was as pleasurable as possible. They truly cared not only about their property but the fact that there was a family renting their home and they knew it was an inconvenience. The home itself is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need! We spent countless hours on the deck and enjoyed fishing on the lake. We will definitely be planning a return trip at the end of the Summer in 2012. Thank you so much for being so on top of the needs and concerns of those renting from you! We look forward to returning this year and making lasting family memories!!

Wonderful Vacation!

We had such a wonderful time staying at your house!! The location is just amazing!! The pond is just gorgeous! Watching the sun set at night was just breath taking!
Our family enjoyed all of the many activities from the paddle boat to the canoe, to the floating chairs, you really thought of everything! There was something for everyone!!
Your home is just beautiful! We were so comfortable. The kids and even the adult "kids" enjoyed the game room!
Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!! We can't wait to come back again next year!

Wonderful Vacation

I can't stress enough how wonderful a time my family had at your house. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more. Between the game room and the lake the kids were never wanting for anything. The lake was beautiful, the fishing was good and we fell in love with our adopted family of ducks who came for bread every morning and evening.

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The area was very private and quiet and extremely relaxing. Our favorite day of vacation was the day we didn't even leave the house.

I can't wait to go back next year. Thank you very much Shari for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house.

We had a wonderful time! We couldn't have asked for better weather or a better setting. My son loved the pond so we spent most of the time there instead of the beach. Your house is beautiful and you were so accommodating with all the extras you provided!!
We would love to rent from you again next year if you're still renting!
My son was never bored so it says a lot about all the amenities that you have! He loved all the water toys - -especially the paddle boat!

Perfect!! Spacious, so comfortable, gorgeous view!

My husband and I and 4 friends rented this house this February. We were pleased when we drove up to see it was in a well kept and quiet residential area. It has a very comfortable and inviting feel as you entered and we were surprised to see how spacious, open and nicely decorated the rooms were. The living room, dining room, kitchen and screened/glassed in sun room all overlook the most peaceful & beautiful pond.(there’s nothing blocking your view!!) There were 3 very comfortable bedrooms on the main floor with 2 bathrooms, and we were shocked to see how huge the downstairs area was with more beds, another bathroom, a pool table, fireplace and patio out to the pond. The second night we made dinner in, lit the fireplace and had the most amazing sunset right out the window, but we all stepped out on the deck to see it. Everyone couldn't say enough about what a perfect spot we chose!!
The next morning we went to the Keltic Kitchen on Rte. 28 in Yarmouth and had one of the best breakfast ever. The staff were extremely pleasant & charming and there was a wonderful Irish atmosphere. We found out after it was rated one of the top ten breakfast spots in the country by USA Today! We can't wait to go back!
I am so excited about renting again this summer with my family so we can enjoy sitting on the deck, swimming in the lake, and watching another spectacular sunset! I was very lucky we found this beautiful Cape Cod rental!
