Villa, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 10)

This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom (two of these being en-suite) Florida Vacation home is located in one of the most popular prestigious 24 hr Manned Gated vacation resorts in the Disney area. Located in Kissimmee, Orlando, Lake Berkley is a beautiful resort style community built around 2 lakes.

Enjoy the nature in the serene surroundings or the quiet solitude of an evening stroll on the walkways by the lake. Lake Berkley in addition to being a picturesque resort also offers 2 Community pools, spa, fitness room, internet room, basketball court, volley ball court, tennis court, small beach, BBQ areas, kids play area and a fishing pier.

Lake Berkley is located just off the US 192, only 10 minutes from Disney, 15 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. A little further away are Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach and even Clearwater are a comfortable day out.

For convenience a Super Wal-Mart is located just next door on the US-192 (next to Medieval Times). Our beautiful villa is a home from home, fully equipped with everything you need for all the family. The house is designed all on one level and has all the comforts of home, including cable tv, wireless internet, telephone (free local and long distance calls), games room, private pool (heating extra).

The Master Bedroom features a Queen Sized bed with en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a full sized bed and a further three bedrooms have two twin beds in each (one with en-suite). Fully equipped kitchen featuring all appliances, dishware, silverware, pots and pans etc. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms as well as the lounge, all with cable service. There is also a DVD Player, CD Player and VCR.

The villa sleeps up to 10 people plus cot comfortably. Located just 5 doors away from the Community Pool and Clubhouse facilities (fitness room etc) and is also located just across from the basketball and tennis courts.

We've really enjoyed you villa.
We were in on april 2010...during the Sun n Fun airshow and static show.
It was absolutely fabulous, and sure wanna book again.
It was clean and nice.
We booked for a week..but we got stuck due to a iceland vulcano eruption.
So we booked an extra week.
No hazzle..easy peacy..THANKS!
My judgement is a fat 9 on the scale of 0-10.
If you would have a nice fryingpan and a good sharp kitchenknife..it would have been a 10.
We've had a great time, thanks so much.

We stayed for 2 weeks during August and had the most amazing time. The villa was just perfect and so well equipped! Our 6 year old son loved the swimming pool and the games room was an added bonus. It was so close to where we wanted to be and in a really safe, pretty community. The villa was so clean and spacious and I only wish we could have stayed longer- we will definately be staying again!. A big thank you to the owners who were excellent to deal with, thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Just a quick note to say how we and our friends loved our vacation in your villa. The villa was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described which was a relief after staying in a so called executive villas in the past which were sub standard. The kids loved the games room and pool. The Wifi was also useful especially for planning day outs and checking opening times. We loved Typhoon lagoon and Universal Studios ! Cant wait to come back as too much too see !

This was our first time to Florida and cant express how much we enjoyed ourselves. The villa was in a perfect location, especially as the Walmart was only a few minutes away, which was ideal for picking up some sandwiches before heading to the Parks. The kids loved the games room, pool and resort facilities (especially the tennis court which was only across the street!). The Wifi was handy in making our friends jealous with our email updates ! Cant wait to come back to your place ! Thanks

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for the use
of your Florida Villa. The villa was ideal...only a few
doors from the Clubhouse which was ideal for my husband who
liked to use the Clubhouse gym every morning and then swim a
few lengths in the Community Pool. It was great to relax in
the villa pool also after a day at the Parks ! Thanks again
and will be recommending your villa to our friends for their
Orlando vacation !
