This villa overlooks the bay of Villefranche to Cap Ferrat and has been modernised to the highest standard. The location is perfect because it faces South, gets the sun all day and is only a 4 minute walk into the port of Villefranche without crossing any roads or climbing hills !. Only 100 metres from the beach and 50 metres to the train which is 2 stops from Nice and 6 stops to Monte Carlo. Fully restored with marble or oak flooring throughout and fitted out with top of the range furniture and a Clive Christian kitchen. Small side garden and large terrace with garden overlooking the sea. Garage for 1 car with further parking outside. full WiFi throughout, 2 bedrooms en-suite, perfect Air Con throughout, Satellite TV, Heated salt (gated) swimming pool. This is one of the most outstanding villas in a quiet area and is about 2500sq feet with 3 large balconies. The views from this part of Villefranche are regarded as unrivaled anywhere in the world !

Villefranche, located between Nice and Monaco, is considered the most picturesque village on the Cote d'Azur . The 4 minute walk to the port from the villa is through the Old Town which is one of the more unusual places to explore. Villefranche is truly one of the world's great locations and the villa is in the best part ..... quiet, sunny, world class view and beside the train. Bakery, and supermarket are a 4 minute walk. A car is not needed here although there is plenty of free parking outside + a garage attached to the villa. Cap Ferrat is on the opposite side of the bay, within walking distance.

Best location + world class view. : This villa has been completely modernised to the highest possible standard and is very child friendly. Everything is new and all fabrics and floorings are to the highest standard. About 4 km from Nice and 8 km to Monte Carlo, it is in one of the best locations in the South of France and has a panoramic view over the historic village of Villefranche and the bay of Cap Ferrat. Each floor has a double door opening to a patio, facing south across the bay. It is a short walk to the station and the village (300 metres) and is only 1 mile from Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu sur Mer. The patios get the sun until about 7 pm. This is considered the best part of the best area of the Cote d'Azur !

Very central. : Villefranche is very central to all the exciting areas along the Cote d'Azur. It is located on the coast road between Nice and Monte Carlo and is particularly suitable for children as the station and buses are very close . Villefranche is a very historic location .... walk along 'Rue Obscure' to get some idea of France in the 14 the century. There are 2 old forts in Villefranche. The Old Town (4 minutes walk) has a bakery, small supermarket, newsagent, pub, many restaurants , art galleries etc. This is not just a tourist village ... most of the occupants live there.

Free parking: The kitchen and bathrooms are fitted out to the highest standard. The most impressive feature is the commanding view and the quiet location yet close to all the restaurants and shops. Parking outside is in a garage and on the road if you have a second car.
