House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 10-12)

This upscale home sleeps up to 12 and features a gorgeous year-round view, secluded “treetop” deck, and quiet luxury at home, with easy access to Telluride and Mountain Village. Located ten miles north of Telluride and Mountain Village, the River House edges on the San Miguel River, known for fly-fishing and white water rafting. Telluride/Mountain Village offers world-class winter sports, numerous summer festivals (including the Telluride Film Festival), hiking trails, golf, and more.

Accommodations include a master bedroom/bath suite downstairs and two upstairs bedrooms, and bath. One upstairs bedroom has both a double bed and a queen-size futon. The second upstairs bedroom houses two bunk beds, with one lower bunk a double-size futon. Sleeper sofa in the upstairs entertainment/living room. A third half- bathroom is available on the main floor, combined with laundry room. There is lots of living space, as well, with an upstairs entertainment room and downstairs living area with abundant seating for a group. Amenities include the river-facing hot tub, living room gas fireplace, superior gas grill, satellite TV, washer and dryer, and a kitchen furbished for a crowd. Upstairs mini-fridge and bar area are in the entertainment room. Flights into Montrose, CO and car rental are recommended for the best year-round access.

We had a group out last june and this home provided the highlight of the summer...beautifully nestled into the banks of the river, this house is set up for long lazy days of soaking in the sun and evenings soaking in the hot tub! Owners were so generous and communicated very well with us.
