About The Owner
I've lived in Austin for over 15 years now and love everything this city has to offer. I'm interested in sustainable living and have really taken to the urban farming movement. As a result of my interest in sustainability, I founded Austin's Annual Funky Chicken Coop Tour, which had its first successful tour in 2009.
The Owner purchased this house in 2004
Why The Owner chose Austin
I chose Austin because of all the great outdoor activities and the live music scene, which is why I chose to purchase this particular property back in 2004. This location has much to offer... very close to downtown, 2 blocks from the hike and bike trail and Lady Bird Lake, great coffee shops and restaurants, live music, you name it... it's here.
Guestbook comments from the owner
Hey Tracie- we loved your house. Location was just what we wanted. Thanks for the bikes too! That saved us a trip to the bike rental place. We love Austin and can't wait to come back and stay with you again. Thanks!
P.S. We love the BBQ at Salt Lick in Driftwood. Outlets in San Marcos fun too! Disc golf at Barton Springs/Zilker Park & Met Center fun too!
