Vacation Rental Walkthrough - Ground Floor: Main Floor Bedroom: queen size bed with 'cheater' bathroom. The bathroom has a door directly to the main floor bedroom as well as the main floor hallway. This bedroom has a 32' HDTV. All bedrooms have an alarm clock and phone. Main Floor Bathroom: Walk in shower, toilet, vanity, hairdryer. Kitchen: A fairly well stocked kitchen: tea kettle, tea pot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, phone, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans. Family/Living Room: 3 chairs that allow you to sit up against the breakfast bar. There is also a table with four chairs. Up to 8 people can comfortable eat in this room but not everyone will be sitting at the same table. There is a large sofa, love seat and coffee table. 42' flat screen HDTV, decent cable package as well as a Wii and DVD player. The sofa pulls out to a full size sofa bed. Screen Covered Patio: Patio table, umbrella and chairs for 4 people. 2 Lounge chairs. 6 person hot tub. Small brickette BBQ.
Walkthrough - 2nd Level: Master Bedroom:
King size bed. 32' flatscreen HDTV. Large dresser, alarm clock, walk in closet. Phone.
Master Ensuite: 4 piece bathroom, including hair dryer (all bathrooms have a hair dryer). Main Hallway full size washer & dryer. 2nd Bedroom: Two twin beds. We did NOT Disney it up. It works equally well for kids or adults. 32' flatscreen HDTV, XBox 360. 2nd Bedroom Ensuite: 4 piece bathroom including hair dryer. NOTE: we often respond to emails from 8 AM to 11 PM Eastern Time; however, we prefer that if you phone us to inquire about renting the you call between 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time.
Other Details: The townhouse backs on to a green space/reservation area and has a decent size patio. You will have a private hot tub vs. a splash pool so that that you enjoy more patio space. 8 people can sit comfortably outside. If you feel like a swim it is a short walk to the community Olympic size swimming pool. You and your kids can enjoy Family Arcade including billiard tables, ping pong and video games, bike rentals, Tot Lot, barbecue area, In room massages by Licensed Therapists, Shuttle Service for Nominal Fee, and Sundry Shop with Starbucks Coffee, Pizza by the slice, groceries and various sundry items.

The townhome is in a small community about 2 miles south of major restaurants, etc., it helps a lot to have a car although you can take a shuttle from the club house (at extra cost) to Disney and most of the other large parks.
