Nicola (owner) and Jim & Betsy (property managers) were great to work with. The condo interior was just as it appeared in the photos....spacious, clean, all needed amenities (bedding, pillows, extra blankets, towels, flatware, drinkware, pots/pans, toaster, iron, hair dryer, washer/dryer, vacuum, etc.) Nice sized bedrooms...one with desk. Plenty of empty drawers/closets for unpacking. We definitely felt at home here! Delightful breezes when sliding doors were open. The 2 couches were not super comfortable, but they were not horrible either. The beds were quite comfy. Unfortunately, it was very overcast during our early-June stay, so we were unable to enjoy the ocean view. The complex was well maintained; parking was easy w/ convenient location. As a courtesy to neighbors, use of the shower, washer or dishwasher was prohibited from late at night to very early in morning early in morning because of poor plumbing insulation. The restriction was easy enough to work around. Great location...nice proximity to groceries, restaurants, mall, gas, banks, Catholic Church, airport, urgent care, 24 hr pharmacy...we visited them all :( Given the location, there was less 'noise' from the airport than we would have expected; we enjoyed watching the planes take off! We would definitely book this rental again if we return to this area!.

There were plenty of empty drawers/closets for totally unpacking and feeling at home. Delightful breezes when sliding doors were open. The couches were not super comfortable, but they were not horrible either. The beds were quite comfy. It was a 'stretch' to describe this as an 'ocean view condo.' While we could see where the ocean was along the horizon, we could not see any sand or water. Great location...close proximity to groceries, restaurants, mall, gas, banks, Catholic Church, airport, urgent care, 24 hr pharmacy...we visited them all :( Complex was well maintained and parking was close/convenient. Shower, washer, and dishwasher could not be used late at night or early in morning (disturbed downstairs neighbor), but that was easy enough to work around. We would definitely considet staying her again.

My family of four recently stayed in Nicola's condo for our daughters graduation from Loyola Marymount U. From the moment of my first inquiry about the condo until the morning we left, nicola was an excellent owner and host! The condo was beautiful, roomy and well stocked. The pools and hot tibs were an added plus! I would defiantly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. It's only about five minutes to the university as well. Thanks you nicola!

This was a perfect place to stay. Less then a block from my daughter's small apartment, I could easily walk to her house. Not having used a vacation rental before, I was unsure of what to expect. But I spoke directly to the owner prior to renting and then she contacted me right before my visit and left instructions on who to contact on arrival. The contact was waiting for me, and very helpful. I was very comfortable that this was a legitmate arrangement.

The condo was exactly how it was described. Clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment (coffe pots, dishes etc) and all the little stuff you forget to bring (spices, condiments etc) extra sheets, towels and even a washer/dryer.

I will definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

This is all we hoped for. After a long day with our grandsons we could come back and relax is this very comfortable, large, clean and attractive condo. The sleeping area (2 bedrooms) are spacious and separate from the living area and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in. There are two bathrooms with plenty of space. For anyone that wishes to cook or entertain, the kitchen is completely equipped and the dining area can accommodate 6+. The parking area, security and location are all a plus. Very convenient to beach, Santa Monica Pier, and we took trips to LA without any problems. Hope to return soon.
