Ideal location for ski vacation in this brand new home that was in the most recent parade of homes. Superior quality furnishing throughout. Large home for multiple families. Centrally located for skiing and night time activities in Breckenridge, Colorado. Easy access to town via gondola. Located on bus route for easy access to neighboring A-Basin, Keystone and Copper Mountain.

KITCHEN:

Huge kitchen for entertaining large groups. Wolf stove, Sub-zero full refrigerator and freezer, dual Asko dishwashers. Dining room seats 10-12 and wrap around island in kitchen for additional seating for 6.

ENTERTAINMENT ROOM:

Large lower walk-out rec room with flat screen TV. Bar with ice maker, frozen drink maker, pizza oven, microwave and dishwasher. Central bath with large sauna. Walk out to covered sitting area, fireplace and hot tub. Adjoining multi-level theatre room with popcorn maker. Preloaded DVD hard drive storage system through THX quality sound system.

Spectacular Home...down to every little detail!

My Fiance and I just got back from an amazing trip to Breckenridge! It didn't hurt the snow was amazing :), but the icing on the cake was this HOUSE! There were 10 adults and we had more than enough room. Let me highlight a few of our favorites...

Peak 8... You are literally right around the corner to Peak 8 base (a short walk). So you can take the multiple lifts up to the top of the mountain or the Gondola back into town. Very convenient!

KITCHEN - Simply gorgeous with two dishwashers, massive fridge/freezer, multiple sinks, and even Le Creuset! We were in heaven making big breakfasts and dinners.

Bedrooms - every bedroom is beautifully decorated with a fantastic view! And as an added bonus.. the owners have each room with your own coffee maker with big coffe mugs! Loved it.

Master Shower - Words can't express how amazing this felt after a day of hurting on the mountain! Steam, rain shower, mutliple jets of water!

Bunk Room - so cute...and one of the bottom bunks is a full size bed! And there is a little climbing wall to get to the top bunks. Your kids will love it!

DOWNSTAIRS - an adult and kid playroom...shuffleboard, pool, hut tub, outdoor fire place, movIe theater, huge bar (with blenders ready!) AND A POPCORN MACHINE! Again the amazing owners left you everything you needed..even your own cute popcorn bags!

Lighting and Audio System,,, fantastic! You can centrally control lights from several panels throughout the house. Including an audio sound system for your ipod, radio, or XM, :) :)

We loved this house and are already planning our return. The owners were amazing! They left little notes everywhere to explain how things worked! And there were always just a text message away from any addtional questions we had. This certainly is their dream home and we are so happy they shared it with us for 5 days!

As good as it gets

We had a group of 11, all adults. First of all Nikki was so great to deal with. The house is absolutely amazing. The walk to the lift is minimal. We checked our ski's at the mountain, so it was a 5 minute walk and you were ready to go.

The house is just perfect. The kitchen, the bedrooms, the theater room, sauna, hot tub....we used it all.. The house is set up perfectly to allow plenty of space for 11 adults to spread out and not be on top of each other the whole time. We cooked every night we were there and they had everything you could need in the kitchen.

You will never find a better spot on the mountain. Our group usually changes venues every year, but I think by our last day we decided that we had to do the Boars Nest West at least one more time so we will plan on being back next year!

Amazing Home!

This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in! The technological advancements are incredible. This has a convenient location to the peak 8 base (about 400 yard walk to the peak 8 base). Everything about this home is amazing. We had 9 adults and one child in our party and had plenty of room. Thank you Nikki for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!

Amazing Home! Just PERFECT!

My family and i just spent December 27-January 3 renting this beautiful home. The home was perfect for our entire family to be comfortable and enjoy each others company. They had the Christmas tree up and it was so cozy sitting around the beautiful fire places. Our family works a lot so the theater room was perfect to relax and catch up on all the movies. Now...we would like one in our own homes! This house is in a perfect location to the ski slopes, restaurants and shops. Thank you for letting our family enjoy your home! We would definitely stay here again.

Each Christmas, our group of 12 (3 families) book a ski vacation. We have rented thru VRBO in Tahoe, Jackson Hole, Winter Park, Copper Mountain, and a few times in Breckenridge. This year, the group voted The Boars Nest West as our new favorite. In person, the home surpasses it's listed description - it was awesome! Boar's Nest has every amenity you could ask for and was extremely clean and well stocked. The gormet kitchen made cooking enjoyable and the theater room + game room with pool table and shuffle board was a big hit with the kids (ages 10 - 17). We even had a great pool tournamnet, Dads-vs-kids (kids won). The walk to the Peak 8 ski lift was short and made coming and going to the home for breaks and lunch manageable. Nikki was very easy to work with and was available for all my questions and inquiries. All 12 of us would recommend this home and are considering a second visit for the 2012 ski season!
