Falling apart

The picture on VBRO for the Think Snow house must be from when the owner first purchased the property. When I first pulled up to the house and noticed the paint was falling off the house, screens were missing and a window was broken I had concerns. Unfortunately my concerns were validated when I entered the house. The carpets and couches are old/smelly, preparing food in the kitchen raised health concerns and it was clear that the landlord needs to spend a lot of time and money fixing up the house.
At one point the power went out due to a circuit breaker going off. Fixing it would have been a simple flip of the switch had the circuit breaker not been in a room that was locked.
The landlord took almost two months to return my security deposit and claimed it was because she did not have my address. It was on the signed contract, the copy of my drivers license and multiple email inquires I had sent.
The one good thing is that the house can sleep a lot of people and might be good for a group of high school or college students that do not mind sharing full sized beds or pull out couches and are on a tight budget. The house is in a good location, a short ride to the access road and the mountian.
