Air conditioned, fireplace, nice size fully fenced yard and a great seabreeze most of the time on the screened porch. 5 minute walk (or less) to beach, pier, shopping, restaurants, bank/ATM, groceries, pharmacy, museum, park, train, Seaside Pavillion. Short ride to Funtown USA, SplashTown, Aquaboggin, excellent golf courses and movies including a drive-in.
