New Game Room! 5BR/3BA Sleeps 12. AVAILABILITY CALENDER IS CURRENT!

Thank you for looking at our new home. Our New luxury, air conditioned, professionally decorated villa features 5 Bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This villa has 2 master suites each with its own private bathroom, both with King beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom has (1) twin and (1) full bed and the 5th bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds along with a twin trundle bed.

Each of the bedrooms are equipped with their own flat screen TV with built in DVD player for those time when you or your travel companions just want to watch a movie or catch the news or weather forecast. If you're traveling with smaller children you'll appreciate our baby friendly villa, with a crib, high chair and stroller available for your convenience free of charge.

Our villa is conveniently located in Trafalgar Village community in Kissimmee, off Poinciana Road. Our guests have full access to the peace and quiet of the community's club house, pool, spa, gym and movie theater.

We recently added a game room with Pool Table, Foosball Table, Dart Board and Flat Screen TV as well as music system throughout with IPOD capabilities.

It's best to book in advance of your visit to allow us to have the pool warmed up before you arrive, but if you decide to have it turned once you get here, that's not a problem – we just ask $10 surcharge to come out & set it up for you. Pool heat is $150.00 per week or $35.00 per day.(Minimum 3 days)

I thank you so much for the opportunity to utilize your house
at Trafalgar - it is an amazing set up and a great place for a family
vacation.

The location is excellent as far as the Orlando events and parks, very easy
to navigate to all venues in a short time.

The house is well stocked with a super kitchen, the pool was a big hit with the grand kids
(and the parents I might add!)

Next time we are in Orlando we will definitely see if your unit is available for our family
gatherings.

Home away from home!

This house was very comfortable and we felt very at home, unlike staying at a hotel. Brian is great to work with and was very accommodating. Drinking coffee outside in the lanai in the morning was so peaceful, and there is a lot of wildlife activity to watch. It takes a little longer to get anywhere, but we honestly didn't mind. The bed in the blue bedroom was the most restful sleep we've ever had. I have to find out what kind of mattress that is so I can buy one for home!

There is also an ice cream shop within 10 miles that makes your ice cream to order with liquid nitrogen. If you use Google locations, you can find all kinds of unique things around this villa.

FYI, we left behind a coupon for Legoland for buy one adult ticket, get one child ticket free if anyone needs it.
