Condo is in the heart of Cherry Grove, can walk to the pier, walk to grocery store and restaurants. Great ocean view from front balcony. Fully furnished with table that seats 4. Coffee maker and blender supplied as well. Large outdoor pool with lounge chairs provided. I've had many fun weeks with my family in this little corner of Cherry Grove.

Nearest Airport : mb international airport at 15 Miles

Home is centrally located in cherry grove. very close proximity to pier , grocery stores and restaurants. -- right across the st from the beach!!--great ocean view!!---you can walk to the pier and to beaulineau's grocery----Barefoot landing is about a 10 min drive as well----call me with questions --joel..336-516-0487---

  • Don't pee in the pool and don't swim in the toilet--- there is no wireless in my condo but you can probably log on to some one else seeing as it is a very densely populated area---don't call whining that there is no internet for the price you are getting here--this is a sweet deal--

  • Bedroom 1 - 2 double , large sofa -sleeps one--chair -ottoman--sleeps one
  • 2 full beds in bedroom--sleeps 4-- in the living room there is a large sofa that will comfortably sleep one and a wide chair and ottoman that will sleep another--chair and ottoman will work fine for folks 6 ft and under---if you play for the NBA--chair and ottoman wont be comfortable...you can walk to cherry grove pier and restaurants from this little condo--view is fantastic from front balcony--beach access is directly across the st....nice pool as you can see from the pics---condo has everything you need make for a great week.

Notes: This little condo is in Cherry Grove.. you can walk to the pier, walk to Bealineau's for groceries.--walk to get ice cream -- just a cool location--this is a basic little condo- but it is clean and well worth the money--- I rent it real reasonable and folks take care of it--if you are looking for somewhere to party hard and throw beer cans off of the top balcony this place is not for you....this is a great little family condo complex----let me know if i can answer any questions....thanks...Joel
