We have owned this cabin for since 1979. We now live in the Sparks NV area and use the cabin as often as possible and enjoy it with our children and grandchildren. Lots of fun and good memories. We hope you can make some for yourselves.

Lake Tahoe is the all year playground. Beautiful mountains and lake. There is something for everyone all year round. The best things about our cabin is it is cozy and ready to go, towels, beds made, kitchen with almost anything you need, surround sound tv and a big sunny deck and lawn in the summer. Best of all you have access to the Tahoe Park Homowners Beach just a few blocks away. It is truly beautiful with all kinds of amenities. You can walk to Sunnyside Resort, Firesign Cafe, Spoons Cafe, and a small market.
The parking is ample for up to 4 cars or an RV or trailer on a flat plowed driveway. You can walk to a great cafe for breakfast or lunch or to the popular Sunnyside Resort for dinner, lunch or brunch on the lakeside deck or cocktails. Close to the bike path to Tahoe City and on out to Squaw Valley ski area. There is a shuttle to Alpine Meadows ski area at the Sunnyside resort. Lots to do in a cozy cabin for all seasons.
We enjoyed staying at this cabin very much. It is walking distance to the lake and to several very nice restaurants. We enjoyed grilling on the deck. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would love to stay there again.
Me and my family had a great time staying here this winter the snow was endless and the sledding in the front yard was also endless. The cabin was equiped with everything we needed.
We had a great time at this cabin. Owners were great to work with. Cabin is close to Sunnyside. We rode our bikes in from Incline. It was easy in and out even by bike. I will definitely come back.
Private homeowners beach with 2 piers, playground, horseshoe pits, basket ball, volley ball, picnic tables and bar-b-ques, showers, toilets, lawn and flowers. Close to shopping, restaurants, skiing, river rafting. Skiing at Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood.
