This is a very cute cottage located on the south-west side of Burt Lake in the Kings Point Resort. It is perfect for families or couples looking to swim (shallow, sandy walkout), fish, boat or relax. Included on the grounds is a large grassy area, swing set, basketball, volleyball net, fire pit with wood, sandbox area, dock and buoys. The location is perfect since it is only 20-30 minutes to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinac City and Cheboygan. A day trip to either Mackinac Island or the U.P. is also fun. Boaters love Burt Lake which is part of the intercoastal waterway system with access to Mullet Lake, Crooked Lake, Pickerel Lake, Cheboygan River and out to Lake Huron. This property has 300' of shared frontage!
