What we like about owning in Downtown Denver: We live about 45 minutes south of Denver, in the suburbs. We have always enjoyed the 'buzz' of downtown Denver during each of the seasons of the year. We've owned for 11 years and have always found something new to do downtown. When our condo isn't leased, we enjoy the restaurants, the museum, performing arts center, and shopping. We can go to a Rockies, Avalanche, or Nuggets game, comedy club, have a glass of wine or beer and not have to worry about driving home. We can just sit at one of the restaurants or outdoor cafes. It's fun to just people watch and read. This is a relaxing getaway. The view from any room is spectacular and mesmerizing!
Located across the street from the Denver Center Performing Arts, 2 blocks from Larimer Square and the Denver Convention Center. The Pepsi Center is a few blocks away, Coors Field, the Capitol, 16th Street Mall are all easily accessible with a diverse selection of restaurants and venues. Carriages and pedi-cabs are quickly accessed within 2 blocks as is the RTD Light Rail system that runs the length of 16th Street Mall, and connects at one end with the outer lying suburbs. The mountains are about an hour to hour and a half away. Major highways are within 5 minutes away.

Ski: Fantastic skiing is a quick hour - two hours away to any of the major ski resorts in the majestic Rocky Mountains. Take a drive up for a day to Beaver Creek and enjoy a ride to the summit on the chairlift to enjoy lunch at 14,000 ft!
